How do I vertically center content on a document page in Writer
Overview
Zoho Writer provides a built-in option to position the document's content between the top and bottom margins of a document's section or page. This is useful when you are creating title pages, certificates, or cover pages.
Top alignment – Standard for most letters, reports, or forms; ensures text starts from the top margin.
Center alignment – Often used for cover pages, certificates, invitations; creates a balanced and formal look.
Bottom alignment – Rare, but can be used for signatures, footers, or closing statements.
Steps
- Open your Zoho Writer document and choose the content you wish to display in the center of the document's page or section.
- Go to Page Setup Tab --> Advanced page setup
- Choose Document level setup if you wish to display the content at the center of a page.
- Choose Section level setup if you wish to display the content at the center of a document section.
- In the dialog that opens, in the Page tab, under Vertical Alignment choose Align Center.
