Events not accurate in app
Events entered in calendar on laptop are not synchronized to iOS6 app (iPhone 5); either adding event or removing event. This is a problem... Anybody have a solution? Did try search on server.
Zoho Mail Add-on User not showing
My List of Zoho Mail Add-on Users under SETUP > USERS & PERMISSIONS does not show one of the users that I have recently added. The user has been activated in the Subscription Manager as a Zoho Mail Add-on User. I have also checked licencing. Don't think that this is the problem. Also: When I login to CRM as the user in question and try and configure ("CONFIGURE NOW" Button) the Zoho Mail Add-on I get the following error "Unable to process your request" When I goto Apps & Add-ons > Google Apps >
I do not see my domain mail accont in CRM mail templates
I got email account on my domain DVENERGO.RU. It is linked with zoho mail, and made default. All works good. But I cant see it in my email templates. I wish to send emails to my customers using my domain email name. It is only choice of my user account gmail adress, but no my domain email adress. What to do?

When I try to send an email from a lead in Zoho CRM, there's error no matter the lead. It used to work fine with all the leads I'm working with. It shows the following error : Error while processing the request! null
Zoho Mail not updating Last Activity Date in Contacts
Emails sent using Zoho Mail appear in the emails section of the Contact page. Yet it does not appear that the Last Activity Date is being update when sending/recieving emails thru Zoho Mail. Or through synced emails from Google Apps. Nor IMAP delivered thru Zoho Mail. Also these emails, even though they show up on the Contact page are not showing up on a simple report with Emails as the Primary Module. The only way to email a contact and have the Last Activity Date updates seems to be hitting Send
Synchronize accounts between two ZOHO CRM
I have two accounts crm zoho (A and B), each for a different company. The accounts module is equal in A and B. I need to synchronize the two modules of accounts so that all the accounts are in B and vice versa. So when an account form created in the CRM it can also be accessed in crm B. Is there any way to configure this synchronization, or some application, so I do not need to implement API?
Zoho CRM not receiving emails
Hi, I configured the Zoho-mail add-on in the CRM. I can send emails from leads and contacts page, but the emails they send me are not going to the CRM. I'm only receiving them on Zoho-mail. Can you guys please help me to solve this? Andre
Google Apps access through iPhone app
I access my account from Google apps. That means that I have no separate password for Zoho CRM. But how do I log on to Zoho CRM via the iPhone App? I have tried the Google mail and password, but it does not work.
Sync Zoho CRM with Zoho Reports
Hi, I'm trying to include more columns on "Account" table to be synchronized with Zoho Reports, but it shows an error message and don't save my changes. The message shown tells me that "an unexpected error occured during sync process. The error was registered and will be analysed" (something like this, but in portuguese) -> Erro inesperado durante o processo de sincronização. O erro foi registrado e será analisado. What could it be?
Can't Import Google Apps Contacts
Hi Although my Google apps accounts recognizes Zoho CRM (it appears in the menu under MORE) when I go to Apps & Add-ons> Other Apps there are no Google apps available in the list. Based on what I read in your user manual, this is how I import Google Contacts into ZOHO CRM. The integration ability with Google was a big selling point for my decision to go with Zoho. What do I need to do so I can get the Google Contacts import feature working. BTW I have a 15-day trial to the professional version.
Adding Custom Apps to Related List
Hi, I created a custom app from Zoho Creator and I wanted to integrate that app with a module under Related List. However I get this message "Sorry, the related list cannot be displayed as there is some problem while processing your request.". What seems to be the problem here? Please refer to attached images:

I have tried to configure (and pay a subscription for one of my users) zoho app on a Sony tablet and mobile phone. At first it would not configure. Then it did. but now I have been sent a message: Your 15 days trial account for Zoho CRM's Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook has expired. Problem with Zoho CRM syncing sent/received emails to Leads
We currently use Zoho CRM + Zoho Mail Addon + Google Apps. The issue we are having is when sending an email to a lead outside of Zoho, it seems hit and miss to see that email appear in the Lead section in Zoho CRM. Cannot Delete Linked Accounts
I clicked on "Delete" and it appears to have deleted the link to google apps. But then I try and log in again using the google apps domain and it works.

Hi, we we about to proceed chaging to zoho but we've come across a huge 'show stopper' for us. we invoice our clients from diferent organisations. some products are invoiced by one organisation and some others with the other. invoice let us create the 2 organisations but crm only allow us to link it to one. questions... a) how can we link our crm with the 2 organisations b) how would we invoice clients taking into account that some products need to be invoice to one company and some to the other?

Hello, I have activated apps in my Zoho CRM account. I create a new App by importing an existing creator ap. when I click on the tab I get this error: Not Found The requested URL /canvaskeepsakes/view/-1/ was not found on this server. What could be causing it? Thanks David

Options on Create Button
Can the list of options when the Create button is pressed be edited. I've used web tabs to add views and forms from Creator apps but I'd prefer just to have the views on the navigation bars and be able to bring up a form in the same way as I would create a new account.
iPhone App Contacts
My Zoho CRM iPhone account shows three additional contacts from the contacts count in my online version. I have found the three contacts but I am unable to delete them from the account on my phone. I tried to find them in the online version but was unable to locate them. Is this a known issue with a solution?

LinkedIn search customization
Is it possible to modify the way CRM searches LinkedIn? Each time I click on the LinkedIn button to search for a person, it automatically puts the person's name and company in one line in the keywords space. I then have to go in and click first name, last name, company and search again. A person is never found when using just the keyword option, yet they are found when the others are checked. Is it possible to set a default to always search first name, last name, company instead of keywords?

Email Add-On works for Leads Page but not Contacts page
Hi there, Thank you so much in advance for your help. I have enabled the Email Add-On feature. It works perfectly on lead pages, listing all email records associated with the leads email address. When the lead is converted to a contact, the feature no longer works. The area on the contact page for emails is present, but no email records are listed, even though they were there previously on the leads page. It seems like there is likely a simple solution to this, but I cannot find one anywhere

Hi there, Thank you all so much for your help. I have a simple problem that hopefully has a simple solution that I just can't figure out. I am using the email add-on. On each individual lead page, I am able to see a list recording all email correspondance with the lead's email address. But once the lead is converted to a contacts, although the section to view email records is on the contact page, no emails are shown. In every case they are just blank. Is there a solution to this?

ZOHO CRM & Creator - Major Permission Failure Needs Correcting
Hello, Whenever I create new accounts and I employ developers to create apps for those accounts, the CRM's Super Admin loses their permission to create new custom apps from within the UI. I have now experienced this with 3 separate accounts that I own and each time that I call customer service, they are stumped. They mostly have all suggested work-arounds such as disassociating the developers app from the CRM and then importing the app back in while logged in as the Super Admin. Upon doing this,

Hello, i am switching over for Sage software to zoho. I am a bit confused though between the integration between crm and invoicing. i have tried to read up in the blogs, and it seems that by now, there is supposed to be complete integration between the two apps. although it doesn't appear that way to me. i understand the accounts/contacts can be synced / integrated. but i cant seem to integrate the products between the modules. CRM iphone APP - custimized Lead Source
I added Customized Lead Source in the Set Up of the CR on my computer. When I go to a Contact record on my iphone APP, all I can see is the standard selections that came with the original CRM program. If I have selected one of my customized options on the computer, it will show in the Contact record on the APP. If I want to use one of my customized fields on a new Contact I add on my iphone APP, it will not let me select my customized field. Can you please let me know if this an issue with the
Zoho CRM iPhone App Accounts Sync Issue
When I log into Zoho CRM on my iPhone, it only finds 4 of my Accounts. When I try and refresh, it duplicates them repeatedly. When I search for them on the server individually, it finds them and then adds them to the list, and then duplicates those too. Has anyone had this issue or found a solution to this?
