Web to case form in a pop up
Is there a way to get the web to case form to work as a popup? Has anyone ever dealt with this before? Also, can you have the form not go to a redirect page -- instead just have a success message and stay on the same page? Also, does anyone know how to have the direct go to a java script instead of a URL?

Issue with Web Integration Forms
Using the free version of ZOHO. Trying to create a Web-to-Lead form and publish it to a Google Site. Documentation all says this is available on the free version (limited to 1 Web-to-Lead form). problem is, we are not seeing any "Publish Form" area on the page. After the Email Notification area, there is nothing but "Save & Next" button. Clicking this brings you to the Result page with the created HTML. Never gives any option of publishing to Google Site. Help please.
Google Chrome issue with Enterprise CRM Pulse (new) web tab
Team, The new Pulse application does not load correctly in Chrome when accessing it through the CRM web tab system. All other Zoho apps open correctly in the CRM web tab. When selecting the Pulse tab in Web tabs, it kicks out of the CRM platform and goes directly to the Pulse portal.

How can I generate a Web to Potential form?, There is no an option on he setup menu. On the other hand I would like to know if is possible to use a google form (from google drive) which is used on a website and integrate the infomation from those fields into the potential fields? Thanks!

CRM Web Tabs - Groups Mail platform access & new Pulse access
Team, How can I use the CRM web tabs to access a Group Mail / Platform set up in the Mail platform. I can do a work around and open a new browser URL but the goal of the Enterprise CRM is to keep all SaaS inside the CRM system. Ideally, I would make the web tab the group name and be able to go directly to the group platform. You have a similar problem with the new pulse service. Shared Contacts don't show automatically when composing email
Hello, Contacts that are in my personal Contact List show automatically when composing an email and typing the first few letters of the recipients name. (note this is the Contact list in Zoho Email in the CRM - not the Accounts/Leads/Contacts) However, the group in the "Shared Contacts" do not show automatically when typing the first few letters as the regular contacts do. I would like to be able to have a master shared list of email addresses (that are separate from the CRM Accounts or Contacts)
Search CRM module records using conditions based on modified time(using CRM API in creator)????
Hi , 1) I need to get the latest modified records from the leads and contacts modules in my zoho creator application. I am able to get the required records using the CRM API (If i dnt make use of zoho creator). But i am not able to get them using zoho creator when a condition is specified based on modified time. Zoho Mail Not Working with Zoho CRM
I am using the Mail Addon with my Exchange email account. I have created and sent and also received emails to/from CRM contacts from the Email tab. I even used the autosuggest tool, which proposes a CRM contact as my recipient, when typing in the "To" box. None of these emails show up on the contact's CRM page. The mail app instead offers to add this person to the CRM because it says she is not there. Truly bizarre. Can you fix this. dave

How can I create create a workflow based on the 100% completion of a Zoho project associated with a contact or account?
I have integrated Zoho Projects with the CRM and would like to know if and how it's possible to kick off a workflow generated task based on 100% completion of an associated project. At minimum, I'd like an auto-created task (that will remind me of the next step to take in the process) that sends me an email notification once created. Any suggestions would be highly valued. Hi Team! I have been playing around with Zoho CRM, Campaigns, and now Invoice. Is there a quick way to switch to the various products? Or even better, is there a way to integrated them onto one screen? I had contacts synching from Zoho to gmail and it is now not working. I have followed the instructions to try to refresh the interface and still does not seem to work. Can you advise on how I might fix this as it is causing a real problem.
Email integration
I have started testing zoho and I need to determine if it can link my emails to a specific contact and account. This is a very specific requirement. I want to be able to send an email from my iPhone (using native iPhone email app) or from Outlook and then be able to see that as a history item under the contact and account. I also need this for incoming emails as well.

I have zohomail add on enabled in my ZohoCRM so when I get emails sent to my corporate Exchange email address I forward them to zohomail and then I can view incoming emails on their records in ZohoCRM. Calls placed through iPhone app stopped logging calls
I recently noticed that the paid iPhone app has stopped asking me if I want to log my call. I place my call through the contacts in the app and normally the app would ask me if I wanted to log the call. It no longer gives me that option. Is there a setting that has changed or is this a problem? Please help as that is one of my main reasons for using the app... Thanks. scott

Zoho Books to Zoho CRM import
Hello, I am currently using Zoho Books, and want to start using CRM. I need to take all my customer information from Books and put it into CRM. Since sync information flows from CRM to Books, and not in the way I need, what is the best method of getting my customer information from Books and into CRM? I recently contacted Digium, who handles the orders for Asterisk customers that need PBX phones, and was told that there was an existing ZOHO Plugin for VocalCloud, which is based on Asterisk. I bought the phones and installed the VocalCloud system. They are now telling me that the ZOHO CRM setup to make the system work with the Digium dialer. They are now recommending that I do a custom development project with the vendor below - is this really necessary - does someone out there have a ZOHOCRM

Apply common theme through several Zoho applications
Using CRM, Projects and Campaigns. My login can be synced but is seems I have to customize my theme for each application which I can't be bothered doing. Is there a sync option so that the one theme created in CRM can be applied across all of my synced logins for other Zoho applications ? Seems to me to be the most efficient way to do this.
