Outgoing disabled. Blocked
Hello, account info@eruditnet.com can not send outgoing emails. Could you please explain why it happened and what we can do to prevent this issue in future. This account sends email notifications for our users and having it stopped is very problematic for us.
Can't unblock user
Getting "550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit" error. Go to mail.zoho.com/UnblockMe and it says "There are no blocks in this account currently." Admin "Control Panel>Mail Administration>Troubleshoot>Blocked Accounts" panel agrees that there are no blocks. Still get error when I send mail.

EDIT : Got a reply surprisingly fast after posting here on Monday and it sounded fine (very detailed for a change) Thanks for that. But when trying to proceed nothing works. Cannot add users, etc. It is not the first Zoho business account that I am trying to set up. It used to work without a glitch two years ago. After I send email (e.g, me@mydomain.com) from Zoho to gmail, a red question mark with grey background is in front of my Zoho email address when open that email. HiIncluding control of the SFP, but almost falls from some domains in quarantine. I tried to set up white lists and recipient resolution, but there is no result. I had to turn off until the SFP. How do I fix this situation?

Hi, I created a mailing list in mozilla thunderbird which is linked to my zoho account with about 34 emails. Now when i seem to be unable to send any email to this mailing list because i get this error : 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit. Please check the message and try again. Whats going on?

Hi, I was helping a friend create a zoho mail account - the text message verification message didn't arrive. I suspect that the number was entered incorrectly. Now when we try resend it for the domain trendology.co.za it displays a notice saying that the domain is associated to an account already and that I need to login. However the number and email used is not recognised at login. How can I rectify this? Please can you help.

incoming mails disabled
We disabled the user account and while enabling it back, the incoming mails are not enabled and saying "Operation permitted for paid user(s) only". the account having the problem is ceo@goflytta.com.

Massive amount of spam - what to do?
For the last month I have been getting as many as 100 spam emails a day. They are from a variety of senders but are mostly from .stream domain. Is it possible to block a domain with a wildcard or similar, for example *.stream. To add each sender to my blacklist would be impractical because there are so many of them each day. I see that this topic was raised some time ago and I am hopeful that something might have been done to make this type of blocking possible.

Group Email already exists?
Hello. Keep up great work! I have first created a Zoho account for a product of hours (messiahsupreme.com) . I have then tried adding another domain for the company itself (totamealand.com) but found out that the free plan has a limit of 1 domain. Then I have simply tried swapping the domain (deleting old and adding new). This worked. And I managed to have multiple groups registered now under both domains. I decided to completely close the product's account and create the company's account. However

Hi I am trying to enable application access to mail, contact and calander under Control Panel - User Access, for one of my users. However even though I get a message saying "Applications Enabled Successfully", the user is still getting a message "Account Disabled" when trying to log into email. Also when I return to Control Panel - User Access, all application check boxes return to unchecked. The user is Stewart. Please Advise? Thanks Ray
Can't add zoho CRM user to list of email users
He has been in zoho mail for the past 2 years but has suddenly disappeared off the user list. When I try to add him again it says that 'he has already been invited' but he isn't on the list of pending invitations and he hasn't received anything into his inbox. Help please. Blocking extensions?
I've noticed that a lot of the emails I get are from slightly different domain names, but they all have the same thing in common. They all come from a ".eu" domain address. Is there a way to make a message rule that says if I get any email that comes from a .eu address send it to spam? I see how to block specific website, but I want to block a blanket list of domains. On other sites I've done something like *.eu, that will block anything that ends in eu. Will this work here too?
Ant-Spam is set to weakest - still filters my sales
I have whitelisted my domain and email address and checked anti-spam settings in Control Panel and Settings but my WooCommerce sales notifications and customer contact forms still go to Spam.
Receiving Lots of Spam Emails from my own domain
I have one mailbox, I seem to be getting a lot of Spam sent to this mailbox from my fake email accounts on my own domain - Eg - James@MYDOMAIN.COM is my real address, but it will receive emails from Canon@MYDOMAIN.COM etc etc and it's getting quite annoying, and more often than not contain viruses I have a valid SPF record set up on my domain to only allow mail to be sent from zoho mail but this doesn't seem to stop the spoofing. Are there any settings or anything I can change to stop these emails?
Access to Control Panel Disappeared
Hello Everyone, I'm having the problem that this account was always the account that I used to access the Control Panel to add new mail users but somehow it disappeared and I can now not access the Control Panel from any of the mail accounts on my domain. I remember a while ago Zoho changed something and I could no longer login with my username, I had to switch to using an email address - Is this when I could have lost access to my Admin / Super User Control Panel?
