I delete a user because I couldn't change the email address. Now I can't re add the person because it's saying the person exists. How can I add the person back?

Hi, I'm informed several emails and domains in "Email Black List" and "Domain Black List" but I'm still receiving 200 emails every day from spammers. Which field in the header of the email Zoho considers to check if emails is in the black list or not? Please, consider the attached screenshot in the header. SPF soft fail delivery not working
Hey guys, This has happened to me a few times already. Some of the emails I receive from the school district where my kids schools is in end up in Quarantine because spf soft fail. This is expected, as I have it configured this way. But when I select the message and click Deliver, it does not actually get delivered to our mailboxes. Any idea why that is? Thanks

I deleted user but the account doesn't erase
I deleted 2 users but they are still in the list. Instead their name and e-mail, in the list appear the name an user code, like un1**************3id and I can't create other user becuase I used the maximum. How can I delete this old user permanently? Thanks.

Domain hosted elsewhere, web site / emails to be hosted on Zoho, but MX records conflict with CNAME
My domains are all hosted at MyDomain.com. Recently I set up a web site on Zoho Sites and I altered the CNAME record at MyDomain for the domain mapping to work. Unable to add Alias Address
I added a domain to my account. Post verification when adding the initial alias I get the above error message. Screenshot is attached.
Can not confirm new e-mail - need to delete
Mistakenly added new e-mail as primary before realizing I could only use one domain on account. Now I can't delete or change back primary email without first "confirming primary". There's no way to do this because domain can not be set up. It's a bit of a catch 22. I just want the newly added email deleted and previous primary email reset.
Migration was working but seems frozen now
I have 7 email account migrating from my previous provider. 4 finished but 3 where taking really long because they had "TRASH" folders which I forgot to exclude migrating. So I logged into the accounts and deleted the trash. But now the migrations seem to be making no further progress. Should I abort the migration and restart ? Do I have to remove the account and recreate them to do this ? Perhaps deleting the emails didn't help the migration and it is still processing the original list but since

We had a support request sent out on Friday and received a reply today. OK, I know Zoho do not work on weekends. Fair enough. They had a question and I replied earlier today. No response yet. Problem in continuing business email setup
Hi, on the 18/11 I started creating a businness email account for the domain vengenharia.com.br. However, by reporting the SMS verification code, the site reported an error and instructed it to try again later. White List in Spam Control
I wrote this suggestion some long time back but it hasn't yet been implemented despite assurance it would be. My understanding is that there's the regular spam filter in Zoho Mail and there's also the Spam Control tab in the Control Panel that has separate settings for SPF DKIM, DNSBLE etc. And I believe one happens before the other, but I can't recall which is which or the impact of that. My issue is that when I White List someone in Spam Control they should simply be forever white-listed. But

How do I redirect Zoho email, not forward? For example, in MS Outlook / Exchange I can add a rule that redirects an email to another email address, and then at that new email address it appears to the end user as if the email went directly to them without the "FW:" in the subject and with the sender's email address intact, not the forwarding address.
