Verify Domain using different Method
hi, i have successfully added and verified my domain to ZOHO using TXT record . I wanted to know isn't its possible to verify using all method at same time, in case of TXT records fails at least it can re verify using HTML or CNAME method . I tried to get back to verification steps but now it doesn;t shows up any link ot generate any code or HTML file to verify using other method simultaneously . Thank you
difficulty in creating email
Yesterday I was trying to create a custom email id with babu as administrator (it was like babu@firstresponseindia.com) once I finished first level I got the OTP. But unfortunately I had previously logged into zoho with another account called vasanth@scalemojo.com so the window where I need to enter OTP doesn't appeared at all. and i got setup mail to account which I was previously logged in i,e vasanth@scalemojo.com. Now I can't even set up my new email because I'm not admin of it, Or I can't redo
EMAIL ID ALREADY EXISTS (Error)
Hi, I can't seem to be able to add a new user email account named "admin" for my custom domain. It says the ID already exists and is part of another organization. I tried several times but in vain. I was able to create other email IDs such as "support@customdomain.com" and "test@customdomain.com"... Please clear the "admin@customdomain.com" so that I may create it. It does not exist anywhere else! Thanks
Trying to import Godaddy email account to Zoho
Can you please guide me step by step as to how can i migrate a email address from godaddy to zoho mail. I have an email address demo@demo.tech which i want to move to Zoho mail. Email address already exists
Hi, In the past I have had a signups@itzen.com.au email address. I removed it a few months ago and would now like to set it up again. When I go to add signups as an alias to an account I get the error "Alias Email Id already exists". I have used the search to confirm this account/alias doesn't already exist, and I have also opened each account manually and checked all the aliases to confirm this. It looks like signups@itzen.com.au is still tied to one of my accounts, even though it doesn't show up
Activesync no longer working
Activesync on my mail account has stopped working. I have checked it is enabled for my account in the control panel. I know my password is correct as it works with IMAP If I run the Microsoft test for activesync I get the following results: Testing HTTP Authentication Methods for URL https://msync.zoho.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync/. I have troubles to register a username for domain based email account
I register a username "me@katana.gq" but when i go to the next page "add users" my browser take me back to the first step and from then i'm not able to continue the process because it says i already registered that EmailID and i cant solve the problem. HELP!!!

ISSUE: User Details and User Access do not load properly
I am having two issues accessing certain pages within Zoho Mail > Control Panel. The tabs: User Details and User Access do not load properly and the "loading" alert is continually displayed. See attached screenshots. Please advise? Thankyou.
Outgoing disabled
One of the mail users outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see Outgoing disabled in red. When I try and enable it, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. reyna@visins.net is the email address.
How do I customise the 'From' field to display First name & Last name?

Can't create a single letter email user
My primary email address for my zoho free email account is (some letters replaced with "*"): dk*@da***********.com I am trying to create an additional user with email address (also some letters replaced): d@da***********.com and I get an error "User already exist in your org" however, if I try to create: k@da***********.com it works. Why can't I create a user with single letter "d"??? thx for any advice!

My instructions located at https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/pop-imap-migration.html seem fine. Except I cannot find anything that says Control Panel so I can go to Mail Admin and then Email Migration... I guess my main question is...where is the Control Panel? Also, does anyone know if I can take a POP email and migrate it in as an IMAP?

Domain Verification
Can I only get help through this forum? Two emails sent to support@zohomail.com both been ignored. I have just signed up for a hosted email account with yourselves however have been unable to verify the account. I have tried CNAME, TXT and HTML with no avail each time comes back with verification failed. This has been left for over 24 hours for DNS to propagate. Domain bought from Zoho
I bought domain from Zoho few days ago, so it's supposed no need to 'add /verify domain' anymore. But i can't find the domain in my control panel. How to check? If i sent email to that email address with that domain i bought, it's failed with message 'No MX or A records for.......'. Please help.
