Deleting account - blocked emails for domain?
Hi, yesterday I sent 2 urgent questions on your support, however, I cannot see them in the "sent" folder anymore. Can you delete my account permanently for me? I tried to delete, and move it to my webhosting provider, but I still get: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain ducabike.cz bymx.zohomail.com. when I try to send anything to that mailbox, or any other created mailbox on my domain. The error that the other server returned was: 553

POP3 Accounts with SSL: Invalid Security Certificate
Hello Zoho team, different providers (freenet.de and web.de) are telling me that they are switching to SSL this month. So I have to enable SSL when I want to get the mails with your service. But when I'm trying to "Use SSL" on Port 995 your service tells me "Invalid Security Certificate for the Server. Please change the incoming port to 110 and retry configuring." In different forum posts I'v read that in these cases you also have to do something about that!? Would you please have a look at the problem
One account or multiple accounts?
I am providing email hosting solutions for my clients and I was wondering if it is a good idea to have one account with all my clients email addresses or have separate accounts for each client and their email addresses? Thoughts?
Admin email address showing my name instead of user name
Hi guys, I set up the account originally using my own email address evelyn.matthews@fitzgerald-fii.com and have since added 4 users which are all general usernames. I do not want my own name associated with any of the accounts. The admin user is the email address antibodies@fitzgerald-fii.co.uk and this has been given the 'name' under the User Details Section as Antibodies - Fitzgerald-FII UK but when I send an email it ends up coming from evelyn.matthews instead even though I have not selected
What Happened to my E-mail account?
I spend lots of time 2 days ago, setting up my e-mail account. Yesterday, I couldn't log into Zoho...I had to reset my password. And once I logged in there was no sign of an e-mail account, in my control panel, but it was there 2 days ago. It is as if I've just signed up. Yet, when I go to Godaddy, my info is still set up there with my domain. What happened to my e-mail account?
Validation of Domain Failing
I am having an issue with validation of my domain to be able to move forward with my mail hosting setup. I upgraded to email hosting package and I am having an issue with the domain verification. We have our domain registered with Go Daddy but we have the domain's DNS pointed to Wix and our site is located there since we used the wix tools to build our sites. The problem is I can only make changes to the Cname records on the wix site but not the Go Daddy site and I have done so based on the instructions
Creating mail boxes
Hi, I am trying to set up my business accounts, I want to be able to have several different email addresses under one user. I would want a personal email peter@mydomain.com and others such as enquiries@mydomain.com. I also have 2 separate domains, and want many separate email accounts for both domain accounts but all to come be delivered to my user account. If anyone could help that would be great, as new to this system!
Email not forwarding
I set enabled forwarding for two users yesterday but test messages are not forwarding. I scanned the Forums and the guides to no avail. All I did was click on the "Add..." link and enter the new address. Isn't it that simple? - Curtis

I want to use zohomail becuase of the CRM integration but hostway still needs to receive email. IMAP mail migration
I have done a trial imap migration of a big size account and also a couple of smaller ones with success I went ahead and started another imap migration of a big account - lots of messages - and it seems it got stuck as the info has both changed for the past 6 or so hrs i was hoping I could transfer all my employees to the new soho mail but i cannot until all the migration is done is there another way of checking if there is a problem with it besides just checking the control panel? please help Thanks
Custom Login URL
hopefully there is a solution to this My custom login URL for email is working fine the problem I see is that when a user logs out, it does not return to the same custom URL login page which in my case is mail.mydomainurl.com it instead logs the user out to: https://mail.zoho.com/biz/customlogin?rd=mail.mydomainurl.com This is not a good way to keep my users on one page for login and logout is there a way to fix the "exit page"? Once user logs out of email, have him/her go back to our custom login
HTML domain validation failed
What kind of issues can cause the HTML domain validation to fail? I have uploaded the file exactly as required, and can see the number at the URL exactly as the validation page lists it. But trying to verify the domain just says it has failed and I should try the CNAME method. How can such a simple validation technique fail? The site is not redirecting the URL or anything - I've tried that. There are no CDNs or anything fancy on the account. I don't have direct access to the domain yet to do a CNAME
Storage Limits After Upgrade from Free to Paid
I recently setup a Free Business Account for gibby.net. I added two users: dave and bonnie to explore. Pleased with what I found, I upgraded my account to the 10GB Business Account. The other 12 users I added all reflect a 10GB limit except for dave and bonnie. When will that change? Do I have to do something?

IP address required for One.com
One.com requires me to add an A record with the IP address for Zoho before adding the Mx records to have hosted mail. IMAP Migration missing some emails
Hi, I have used IMAP migration to transfer emails from my old sever to ZOHO and have been notified that the migration for my primary account has completed. However, there are some emails that have not been migrated. For example my inbox doesn't have any recent emails apart from those that have come through since the MX record change. Before that, there are no emails newer than May 2012. No errors etc are reported for the migration. The migration status shows completed, and for the "INBOX" shows Totals

I upgraded to the standard 10 gb free plan, but after update it will not let me add more than 5 users in the list of upgrade plan, mentioned that might have more users.

Can somebody from support explain mail quota for 24 hours for custom/own domain - are is per domain or per username? For example under mail policy I have Incoming and Outgoing mail limits - are they for all users mail/accounts - or they apply separated for every user - i.e. - Maximum email size/day (MB) - 300MB - is that for every account or it's 300 megs for summary accounts traffic in my domain? Migration seems to do nothing
Hi, I've setup a Lite account and I'm trying to migrate mail from a personal Google Apps account. The GApps account has TFA with an app specific password for this job. The MX records still point at Google. I setup the migration with details: protocol: imap server: imap.gmail.com security: SSL port 993 I added user details with my gmail address and password. When I trigger the migration the status tells me it is in progress. After 5-10 minutes I get an email at the GApps account telling me the migration

Emails generated by my website not now accepted by some servers after transferring to Zoho
I have transferred all my email accounts for ehnetwork.org.uk to zoho. In most cases that has worked fine. However, my website still sends out emails and needs to continue to do so- notifications of new content, occasional newsletters, and admin emails like password resets. Hello, When trying to migrate an IMAP email-account to Zoho I keep getting the error-message "Unable to connect to the server" when adding an account to a migration. I learned from earlier posts that this might indicate an issue with the SSL-certificate on the IMAP server that you are migrating from. I am testing several cloud storage options which should have absolutely nothing to do with my zoho mail account. My zoho email address is not associated with any cloud storage service.
