Problem with finding the "code snippet" to list jobs in a web page
Where can I find the code snippet to list my jobs in a web page. It was previously working and I have lost the code. You seem to have removed this option from all of the help pages.
Forwarding of Zoho Email + no view on the attachments
After sending an email to a customer-contact it is not possible: - to forward the email to an alternative email-address - to see the attached files
Forwarding ZOHO emais + standard settings for Cc: and Bcc:
Mostly I send the ZOHO emails to my own email-address (Bcc:). Sometimes I forget this and afterwards it is not possible to forward this email. Idea: There should be fields in the ZOHO settings for default Cc: and Bcc: values.

Associating Candidates
Currently I'm only able to associate a candidate if the job opening is in progress. I have several job opening on hold and I'm still getting in resumes for these on hold or waiting for approval openings. I'd like to be able to associate candidates to a job opening regardless of the status. When those job openings change from on hold to in progress I'll be ready to go and not have to dig through resumes I put in a month ago.
Customizing the candidate form/fields
Is it not possible to customize the candidate form? I would like to ask specific questions to my industry. Either with Yes/No questions or label boxes. Looks like I can only pick from a few preconfigured fields. Looks like you can customize the job opening details and qualifications very extensively, but can nothing with the actual candidate form (the form the applicant sees and uses). This is very bizarre.
SMS feature is great but Clikatel and Screen Magic extremely expensive
The SMS feature is great but why restrict it to the two most expensive companies in the world. The pricing for SMS to Australia is 500% more expensive than their competition. Why cant this feature be open to programs like Zapier so we can pick which company to pay for the sms and not be forced into such hideous prices fr a text message. Evan

I am trying to figure out if my emails are going to spam filters at the companies that I send them to. Can anyone tell me how I check to see my open rate or bounce rate? This will help me identify a potential problem with my email marketing efforts.

Can I parse a resume by sending it to a specific email address?
I have to say... I really like the parsing tool with Zoho Recruit. It's one of the most accurate resume parsing tools I've used. I do have two questions: Is there a way to set Zoho Recruit to always parse resumes in USA format? I've used other applicant tracking systems where I could email a resume to a specific email address, and the ATS would automatically parse the resume. Does Zoho offer this functionality? Thanks! Anne
Insert date - Easy method
Candidates hate having to fill in fields that relate to a date. The team at Zoho have experienced using this field? This field is a real crap, being slow and nothing intuitive. Years pass, every month we pay our monthly fee and nothing happens. give some hope and not tell us what is on your roadmap. because I do not know if I have enough fuel for such a road. :)
Add existing People user in Recruit
I have purchased Zoho People, and I want to add an existing employee to Zoho Recruit. When I try to add it in Recruit, I enter the employee ID and Email, I get an error message, "ID already exists". I don't want to add a new employee ID and a new Email ¿Am I missing somenthing?

Feature request - Forward and Back Buttons
In the individual candidate and client screens....it sure would be nice if there was a NEXT or FORWARD & BACK buttons to move through your list or view more quickly. Anything you can do to reduce the number of clicks and screen changes will help a recruiter go faster and be more efficient.
MUltiple Pick List - Usability and scroll down
Multiple pick list needs to have a scroll. Imagine this: i want candidates do choose their nationality and, as you know, some candidates may have more than one (I can be American and French, at the same time). Selecting 2 options throw out 200 possibilities demands usability and a clean interface. I don´t want the form to look soooo BIIIIGGGG that we get candidates scary (or less motivated do fill it up). I thing that after 3 lines it should have a scroll down.

On zoho CRM if u have a lead or opening u can view who is the contact lead for this job offer, but on Zoho Recruit on the job offer there is no way to see ho is the contact for this JOb Offer.

I can not change the status of a candidate. I followed your instractions on the help system "How do I change the status of an associated candidate?" but there is no possibility to do step 4: "Click on Edit icon and select the status from drop-down list." Regards Michael Walser
