Dependency Picklist Not Working
Hi, i think that "field dependencies" feature is having some kind of problem. My Parent Field is "Área em que é ESPECIALISTA* and "Conhecimentos e competências é que é especialista:" is the Child Field. But its now working. Please go here and select the "TESTE" job ad. Integration With Zoho Challenge!!!!
One of the features that users have been asking for is the possibility of making specific surveys for each job opening (a kind of complementary functionality that enables evaluation and to screen candidates) in order to filter out the best candidates. Hi, Now I am using the authentication token for connecting Zoho Recruit using VB.NET .... While using method to get the Authentication token it shows response as # #Fri Feb 08 11:52:37 PST 2013 CAUSE=EXCEEDED_MAXIMUM_ALLOWED_AUTHTOKENS RESULT=FALSE How many API requests per day can I do? Need help on recruitment workflow
I am evaluating Zoho Recruit and need some help on the work flow. We have the recruitment team and hiring team. Once a resume is sourced 1. The recruitment team does the initial screening and if the resume is found correct would like the next level of screening to be done by the hiring team. What I have done is created another recruitment status on which a email is triggered whenever the status changes to action by hiring team. Will this be the way to implement a work flow among teams for screening.
Can guests log activity?
As I understand guests have only readonly access. But I see that a guest can log an activity to exiting candidate. This is good and my use case requires this. Is this a expected behavior ? Vishak
Candidate Submission to Client
In Zoho recruit in the Job Order Screen on the right hand side it tells you what candidates have been "forwarded to client". Is there a way to see the actual email that was sent to the client when each candidate was submitted? It seems that trying to go to the client contact activity tab and search through all the activity would be VERY time consuming.

Reply-To on Confirmation Emails
Is there a way to change the reply-to address for conformation emails. (Maybe the Zoho team has to do this manually?) I see how to change the from address, and that works ... but if you reply to the email my address is used. I'm with the IT team, not HR so this could be problematic. Or, it it pulling from somewhere else? Is it using my name because I created and published the website page? Any help is very much appreciated!

Regarding Candidates - How does one link e-mails sent and received in the Email section to that Candidates profile and reported under Activities Emails?
Candidate Report
When I use the Export All Candidates feature (to xls), the report only shows 5,001 records, even if we have >8,000 candidates already. How will I be able to export all the 8,000+ candidate data? I've tried using the Candidates Table in Reports, and all candidates are shown; however, I want to be able to include more data, such as custom fields added we've added. Please advise on the best way to download a complete candidate report. Thanks!
Gmail & Googlemail
Hi, Many of our candidates use Gmail and their email addresses are @gmail.com. However, they can also use @googlemail.com and therefore some of their inbound email does not associate with the candidate record. Can you implement a "macro" type function to associate the two different emails domains as one?
Idea that I Need Implemented
I would like for the option of only allowing Recruiters to edit information for Candidates they create or Candidates assigned under their name, and not be able to edit Candidates of other recruiters. Also, I would like for the option of Recruiters to not be able to view contact information (phone numbers and email) of other Recruiter's Candidates or Client Companies. Will this every be possible?

How can be requests for new job managed in Zoho recruit?
If we use both Zoho people and recruit, can our managers (heads of department) use Zoho products to create requests for new job to HR department? Zoho recruit Request
Hi, i have a couple of request: 1) Request that the candidates have a Username and Password. otherwise any one can modify the candidate profile. and also the candidate want to see his profile to see his informacion and edit it at any time. 2) In some cases for a Job Openning we have to make a test, we need a way to implement this system before running for some especific job openning we need to implement this on Zoho recruit, many others companys does have it. Searching Candidate Database by distance
Is there any way to search the candidate database by distance from a zip code. I'm evaluating Zoho recruit now and upgrade to the paid version to give it a fair trial. It does a lot of thing I like, but if there is know way to search by distance, a very basic feature, I'm afraid it is useless.

Problems with appearance of email generated by Zoho Recruit
I am sending multiple mails to Client Contacts through Zoro Recruit and note that the first name in (e.g. Dear Bob,), which is a merged field, appears in sent items to be in a smaller font than the rest of the message, which doesn't look great in a supposedly personalised email. I tried selecting all text in the mail and standardising the font size but this does not help. Any other suggestions? Thanks Rich
Larger Field Lables or Inline Text?
Is there a way to have a field appear larger/wider on an application form in Recruit? Perhaps filling the width of the page? We have a disclaimer that the applicant needs to agree to (About 110 words) and trying to cram the paragraph into the label makes things very difficult to read ... and rather ugly. Zoho recruit can't order questions
No matter how I order the questions in Zoho recruitment, they don't stay in the order I put them! Even if I'm just moving them within the same section. As soon as a reload the page, or click somewhere then come back to it, they have always moved back to what appears to be a random order (not even the order the questions were created in!) The does not seem to be a save button either. How can I make sure my question order remains as I set it? Thank you.

Advanced search is not picking up any candidates - HELP!
I have a field that is a picklist with 5 options. Each option starts with a number then text. When using this field in the advanced search function it is not picking up any candidates despite there being some that would meet the criteria. Search job listings
We have a number of jobs listing published on our website in a tabular format showing only the Job reference number, Job title and Job location. Is there a way to for candidates to search the entire job details? We have skills and keywords in the job details, but the job listing search does not return any of these jobs.
