Buenas tardes, Tengo un problema con el career website de registro de usuarios en dispositivos iphone. Las personas al ingresar desde un iphone no se pueden registrar pero en android si es compatible. Alguna solución?
No emails received
I do not appear to have received any emails other than from other zoho users. my address is russell.tovey@phillipsbutterworth.co.uk. I am receiving emails from other Phillips Butterworth email addresses however have not received a single email all day. I have sent a test email from my hotmail address which has also failed to arrive. Please advise. Thanks Russ
List of candidates with mass submission option missing
When I work with a job opening and I used to click on assigned candidates, the list with candidates and the quick review appeared. There was a tool for mass submission of candidates. Where did it go? Now there is no list. Now when I click on assigned candidates the quick review without list appears. It is unusable. Was it update (to worse) or is it another bug?
BCC Email Feature for Recruit?
Where is the BCC email address I can use for my own email to automatically include in Zoho Recruit? I have this for the CRM, where is it here?

When I click a Job opening. On the top right it says associated candidates(#), but it used to show how many were active and non-active. I can't figure out how to get it back.

Resume's
When a candidate applies for a job via our careers portal and using our application form, if they have attached their resume will it be automatically parsed and the detail appended to the candidate file. Or does that have to be done manually?
Attachment Category
I changed the name of the attachment field called 'Resume' in the Candidates module to 'CV'. This has caused a problem because when I look to assign the Attachment Category in my email template, CV isn't available. I guess there is some mapping going on and Resume needs to exist. Therefore, I tried to rename CV back to Resume. System says Resume already exists and won't let me,Tried to create a new custom field - same problem. Now stuck in a loop that I can't resolve and need some help please.
Confirmation of Application Received Needed
We have had multiple concerns from clients that all their information was erased when they submitted their application or inquiry. It would be so helpful for the clients to get a confirmation somehow that their information was submitted/received.
Failed to upload file via zoho recruit api

How send email to >1 candidate without having to create a email template every time?
Is it possible to send an email to select candidates (>1) to update on the situation? For example I want to inform 6 candidates I will get feedback from client tomorrow. How can I do this without having to create a eamil template for this very message? I don't want to send 6 individual emails, but rather 1 email to each candidate with the update message.
Add Client logo to existing Client
Hello, When I add a new Client I can see the option to add a logo, but not when I'm editing an existing Client with no logo. Could you please advise how this can be rectified?

Export Charts from reports
I've seen an earlier thread from 4 months ago that talked about being able to export charts along with the data in the new reports section. There does not seem to be a resolution to this? clients don't want 10 pages of data they want one chart with information on, any progress on bringing back this functionality Zoho ?

'Contact' & 'Client' mass email module. I had a call booked last Friday with your technical team and was asked to log another call as 'I had used all the allocated time to my call' and the advisor had to terminate the call. We are having MAJOR issues with how we are now able to email more than one client at a time. The new version of Zoho does not allow us to build a 'Client' or a 'Contact' email list to send out a mass email. We were able to do this in the previous version of Zoho. Is this a mistake

Hi, I have embedded a candidate form within my website so that candidates can register directly from the site http://marshallwells.zohosites.com/current-vacancies.html the problem is is that once submitted the candidate does not receive an email to confirm the email address and to obtain their password..... is there a rule that can be created where when the candidate registers that they receive an email to confirm that there email address is correct and obtain their password? 3 weeks of problems and still counting.
I have to say that Zoho has the worst customer service, I have ever encountered. For about 3 weeks now we have been unable to use our Zoho Recruit. We have sent emails explaining the problems and asking for help yet we have not received a single response from them. There is no customer service number to call and the only number I could find on the web was a joke. The calls kept dropping. I would like to confirm from Zoho if this is a subtle way of telling my organisation to go find another service

I have signed with zoho recruit enterprise trail version. I am facing problem with resume inbox in zoho recruit. When i send a mail attached with resume to resume inbox in zoho recruit that is not parsed and not create a record in candidate module in zoho recruit.I already mapping the parsing setting fields in my resume inbox but it is not created record in candidate module. How do you change the fields displayed when you click "view detail" of associated candidates on a job opening?
I've created a custom field, which I can view under the Associated Candidates section of a job opening page. I would like to be able to see that custom field when I view all candidates after clicking "view detail" at the top of the job opening , when that quick view window pops up. I want my custom field to show up on the right panel of this window with the other Basic Info. How do I customize the fields of this window? Any assistance is appreciated!

Integration with third party websites
We have a Naukri.com account, our own Website with a careers section and a website for Infopark Kochi which has a job posting section. Can I integrate all three of this with Zoho recruit so that when I create a job within ZR it can be pushed to all the above three platforms? Similarly, when resumes are submitted through our website, can it automatically come to ZR as well?
Candidate Form Missing
I have already called Zoho Support and tried to get it figured out. I was told my question had to be answered by CRM and I would be called back because they were busy. I called last week and still have received no response. I called again just now, but decided to post here as well. I am wondering if someone here has a suggestion. NO Social Tab

Website Integration
Hi there, We're having major integration issues with jobs pulling through to our website. Some vacancies are not appearing on the API feed, please can this be investigated as a matter of urgency?
