Problems with configuring the Resume Inbox settings
I am a paying customer and I subscribed because of you resume inbox feature. But I have difficulties with configuring the Resume Inbox settings. Different versions of Zoho Recruit
Programmer created test account in Zoho Recruit and his version is different from the version I'm using? Why? Mine was created over a year ago. The dashboard looks different, the form fields are better on the other version, etc. Will my version ever be updated to newer version? If not, do I get a pricing discount?

Workflows not working
I'm trying to test several Workflows and they don't seem to be working. All i'm attempting to do is assign a task when an interview is of a certain type and the interview status is selected (Workflow: Client Submission 5sky Phone) and assign a task and send an email when candidate status is submitted-to-client (Workflow: Hiring Manager Submission) Is there any way to see why the tasks and emails aren't being executed? User cannot create job order
one of our users - Stephanie Li is not able to make new job orders today. She was previously able to so I'm not sure what happened. Please advise it is rather urgent. The error message says insufficient privileges but setup shows she should have full control over job orders. Thanks Brett

How can I add an email from a candidate or client contact and then associate it with an existing record to avoid making duplicates? It seems I can only associate an email with a job. I just tried adding a candidate email (for existing candidate in my Zoho) and selected parse content thinking it would associate based on email address - NOOOO - it created a whole new candidate record. There must be something I am missing.

Outlook candidate parse email created 2 records and split resume and covering letter attachements
I just tried to add a candidate (and associate to a job) from outlook and it created 2 records - 1 record with the correct candidate name and attached his resume as i would expect and associated him to the job. The second record was created with his covering letter attached but this record was called "No Name" but was still associated with the right job. How can this be? More importantly how can it be prevented from happening. I should not have to check each parsed record to make sure it is correct

Solution to duplicate records? How to merge to not lose candidate information?
Duplicate candidates - has there been any progress on dealing with issue. I see from an earlier post some 6 months ago this should be fixed by now (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/duplicate-candidate-records). I am getting lots of duplicate records when adding candidates from outlook where they have both a resume AND a covering letter (or second attachment). Has anybody found a solution to this. View of Open Job Openings with Assigned Candidates
How can I create a view/report that shows either: - All candidates that are assigned to a Job Opening OR - All Job Openings with assigned candidates (and list each of the candidates that are assigned) I can see where you can go into each Job Opening and filter or go into All Candidates and filter by Job Opening. But I am looking for a comprehensive list of all Job Openings with Assigned Candidates. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jason
Search switches candidate view!
I just realize that every time I do a search on candidates, the view switches back to "All Candidates". That is a major handicap. It should stay at the setting that was there when the search criteria is entered. I customized the view that shows location and other fields, an all of then are gone when searching!
Search/Filters mis-placed!
Is there anyone else that finds the location of the search filters way on the right of the screen terribly misplaced? They should be to the left or at the top left of the page. When having wide views with lots of data, horizontal scrolling to get to the filters/search is a real drag.
Selecting an email template from the drop down list
