Individual Row Buttons in Views Enabled/Disabled ...
Hi: Another "Delivery from the Suggestions Factory" ... :-) Has any thought been given to providing a condition which would cause individual Row Buttons in Views to be either Enabled (like today) or Disabled ... sometimes, a user is not permitted to perform a particular function against a record/row if other fields in the record contain specific values ... currently, it is possible to check for such conditions in the Function code associated with such Buttons ... but good User Interface Principles

System issues noted on creator 3
Firstly, may I congratulate you on the latest version with some very significant enhancements, however, we have noted a few key issues which need your urgent attention. The following issues have been noted whilst on test with our applications: 1. All users can now access the Go To drop down on the top right of the screen, and as our users will be paid for and created controlled by us, we cannot allow them to move outside of the application - this was agreed on before and needs to be removed. 2. Auto Generate Number based on Selection
Is there a way to automatically generate a number within a certain range, in numerical order based on when the record is added? I have an auction item database and I would like to automatically assign an item number to a new item based on what category that item is placed in. Each category has its own range, so lets say the category sports has a range of 100-199. So I would need the first item added to the sports category to be item 101, the second 102 and so on. Sharing not working
Hi, I have created a application and shared it with some friends. I have found a small issue. In the share applications, you can put one email address per line but it just takes the first line and ignores the rest when creating the share and sending the email. I am not sure other people have the same thing happening Thanks
Alert command possibly broken ...
Hi: Looks like the alert command is not working consistently ... as seen from the sample script below, I used the Script Builder Wizard to insert this command in both the onAdd ---> on Load and on Add ---> Validate sections of this Form ... notice that the second alert command is being stored without the wrapping brackets (...). Editing Data in applications
It would be great if an application could be open to all, but that people who enter data can actually amend that data. If you make an open application editable, then you can get vandalism and all your data erased etc. If however only the user that entered the data could edit it, then this would solve the problem. This could be simply achieved with a change in your software. When data is entered, a record gets a unique identifier, this identifier plus a random number generated at the time the data

Hi, I would like to customize how the fields are organised in a form. It seems that you can only have 2 column forms. Is it possible to have more that 2 columns? Or better still, could I arbitrarely place fields on a form? Thanks, Giulio
Log-in issue
One of my users has a serious issue with login. I have shared my application MTA Hiring with a user named Claire Hsieh. She can log on to the system. But when she opens the Applicants View, the system simply freezes. I am sharing her login name and password with you to try out yourself. Application is slow & un-reliable since upgrade
Please note since you have upgraded your application it has become slow & unreliable, it does not always update records when requested and I have lost information. Its an excellent tool and very user friendly..please iron out the bugs!!! Regards Phil philip

Cannot get form to update via e-mail
Good Morning all Getting my form to update via e-mail is giving me FITS! Sometimes it works other times nothing. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a known bug with this? I have made the form public to avoid any security issues... although at some point i would like it to accept e-mail from only 1 address. I only copy the template and edit it per the instructions. have tried html and text thinking that i am missing something. Do these e-mails go somewhere that i can troubleshoot? Are they not arriving
Is there a rounding function
Is there access to a rounding function in deluge script? When I designed the form, I mixed number, decimal, and currency fields. Now when I do the calculations on the input data, and send the result to the currency field, It occasionally adds too many decimal places and therefore errors on submit.
owner vs. volunteer
I filled out the contributor screen, then tried to fill out the campaign screen. I did not know what you meant - I did not know what you meant by owner. After I filled out the volunteer screen, I realized that the owner field was the same as a volunteer - yet they are called 2 different things. It would be better to call it VOLUNTEER in the campaign form. julie

I created a form and when submitted, it sends the user a confirmation email. Is there a way to provide a link for them to come back and update their information? Suggestion: Warn when modified scripts not saved ...
Hi: When I update the script in the on Add > on Success section of a Form ... and then try to switch to the script of another section, ZOHO Creator rightly warns me that the modified script has not been saved ... but if I click on some other link (like Access this Application) ... it does not ... causing the recent changes to be lost. I suggest that it should popup the reminder in all instances where an updated script has not been saved before exiting this stage of the build process. Gaev

Error Message
I'm getting a weird error message "Unknown column BOOLEAN_EXPRESSION_ID in the table Expressions" when I try to save any changes to a function in one of my applications, other scripts seem to be fine. I haven't seen a message like this anywhere before and i was having no problems last time I worked on this script, not sure what's up. Any ideas?

For loop (or While loop, or repeat Until loop)
I can understand the reasons why Zoho Creator doesn't include loop constructs in Deluge - I presume the risk of infinite loops using up excessive amounts of CPU cycles is too great. But, is there an intention to make them available at some future point? Given that they are not available, can you recommend any alternative approaches for iterating through, for example, string searches. Regards, Liam
ZOHO Creator misbehaving ...
@support: Earlier, I sent a (private) feedback message to advise about some strange behaviour from ZOHO Creator this morning ... i.e. when I created a new App and was building a Form, my Browser window closed immediately after displaying a terse error message ... after restarting, I later noticed that there were 2 copies of my Form ... one with %20 instead of spaces ... I tried to delete this Form ... but ZOHO Creator deleted the other one ... so I deleted the remaining form and recreated it ...
'Add new' button for lookup fields
Good morning... It would be great if there was a way to add a new record when a Lookup Field did NOT contain the record you needed. I would prefer a button next to the field, but other options are equally viable (like the last entry could be "Add new..."). When the user adds a new record then it would become the selected value in the Lookup field of the original form.
