Development to Production rollout
Currently any change made to a Form or View is instantly made available to those with access. Please add a feature that allow changes to be made in a "development sandbox" and then deployed to "production". This is a very basic and widespread feature/discipline in application development that all Zoho Creators would enjoy. tt

I have two web pages selling different products. I have a user submission form created with zoho creator and I would like to use the same form on both pages and capture the referring url information into the same database (a url field that would show which web page the submission came from). I know that I could simply create the same database twice but would like both web pages info in one database. Is this possible? Thanks for a great product.

Alright I just started using zoho creator after i found that it was almost like google spreadsheets in that it could create forms... but i found it to be a lot more useful put getting the right input... however, i'm planning to use the application to 1. get students answers for quizzes 2. store their answers on the database 3. grade them and offer a grade report showing how many they got right and percentages of questions they got right to show which places they need improvement

Change Single Line Field to Url Field
Is there a way to do this? I unfortunately originally made my database using a single line field for the entering of Urls. It works 90% just fine, however I didn't realize that the single line field has a limit of the number of characters allowed. So, sometimes the url addresses added are just too long for the single line field. Is there a way to simply change the field into a Url field? There is a fair amount of data in the database that would be lost if I started over by deleting the single line
"Update Records" doesn't work
When editing the "update records" function in scripts, it simply hung up in the script-builder mode. And it will give "null" error if in the "free-flow scripting" mode. I'd appreciate if you take a look and fix the problem. Thankyou

Hi, I am a newbie to Creator but fully undestand MSACCESS. I am trying to create a database of enquiries for accommodation. I.e from my website clients send an enquiry as to the type of accommodation they are looking for with various critera. Security level with hide fields
I want to setup a security level for my fields. First I created a table with my employees that include their name and thier loginuserid. I also created a dropdown "Security Level" with value 1 to 5. When I open a form (on add or on edit) I want to hide some fields in function of security level. Everything works fine. can't get relationship data pulled into a view
I have a view in which I am trying to pull data from two tables. (My form already uses a lookout field to link the two by ID.) When I build my view, I can see the column properties has a place to pull in data ("related fields") from the second table. But all of the related fields that I select come up blank. Having problems clearing "-Select-" from picklist
I have an application that from time to time needs to clear a pick (drop down) list and replace its contents with a single entry. In fact, in all cases, the one entry I add in such conditions is is a note of sorts that indicates that the drop down is inapplicable in the current situation, e.g. "[not applicable]". Hide Linkname in Url filed
hi, I basically want what the url with linkname enabled can do. I.E., I want a url entered which is displayed in the view via a hyperlink. However, I don't want the user to be able to see the linkname field and I want to set the linkname field as always displaying the word "link." Is this possible, or is it a all or none kind of thing?

How to import ALL of a Note Field into Multi-Line field ?
I just tried to import a small CSV spreadsheet into ZoHo. One of the fields has several sentences in it. I had this matched up to import into ZoHO's "Multi-Line" field but ZoHo put part of the first sentence in the "Multi-Line" field and part in the next? This may be a delimiter problem... as their may be commas in the text of the Note Field... How can we get ZoHo to import the entire Note Field into a single Multi-Line field? Thanks for any help.

This might already be possible, but I haven't figured out how to do this yet if it is. I am looking to set up a simple database, and share it with a few friends. I want those friends to have full privileges and be able to edit all the data. I also want the general public to be able to read/view the database, but not edit. Is this possible? If so, how? FORMS DISAPPEARED?!
Dear friends, i have discover this morning that part of one of my apps has partly disappeared: there're the links to some forms that when clicked display only the form title; no data, no labels...nothing. It happens on my app GESTION CALIDAD and this app handles critical information from students and teachers: if the data is loss we are in a big big problem. The forms/views not displaying data are SEGUIMIENTO PROGRAMACION, ANALISIS NECESIDADES DETECTADAS and FICHA SEGUIMIENTO DE LA PROGRAMACION.

I've read all the feedback in the "blunder" post and I have an idea. how to center form within iframe
First of Zoho creator rocks! This is a great service. Now to my question...is it possible to "center" the entire form box that's located in the 100% width iframe for the embeddable form. Currently the form seems to be left aligned. Having it centered would be great for my purposes. I've been searching the forums but haven't found a definitive answer. I think a nice solution would be to give us the option under customize look for "Left, Center, Right". Because I'm sure different alignment would suit
Performance? CLEAR <fields>
I struggle with performance issues with zoho. Are there any performance faqs? For instance, If I have multiple lookup field dropdowns with large lists being pulled in... are those built and filled everytime the form loads (no caching?) and does CLEAR <field> actually clear the field after everything is built?
