Automatic forward mail to submitter
Hi Zoho Ones again - thanks for a great system! Is it possible to let Zoho automatically forward a confirmation mail, directly to the submittant of a request/task who create a request directly in a form I have created? The form is placed on our intranet. If yes please let me know! BR Dennis
Form Creator
I have found creator really useful for short forms but when I try anything large, say 12 fields plus four blocks of nortes it keeps 'forgetting' parts of the notes. For instance one note has three sentences in it. After 'accessing the form' I come back and at least two sentences have been lost. A marvelous piece of kit. how to get auto date and time ( indian time )
Online Attendance ... when a user log's in and enters his username and password automatically the date and time should be captured this should be shown to me ..(Admin ) However the auto date and time should be Indian Standard time ...i.e +5:30 GMT the function zoho.currenttime displays the zoho server time and date ? any possible way i could have indian time displayed ?????
Category and Filter colors

feature request
I am using Zoho Creator to create Purchase Order requests. What I would like to request is a 'print' mode for a record. I enter info into about 8 fields. I would like to be able to print this record cleanly. With the current configuration, I must print the PO request before I save the record. If I print the request after I have saved it, I have to click on the 'Edit' link and print. The problem there is that I get other records above and below the information that I really want printed. Hi, I need to have a field on the form that can be edited by some users but not all users. Is that possible? (I.e. I have a maintenance form where the tenant requests service. La página insistía en un error que ya había corregido (colocar mi cédula por segunda vez si no sabía mi número de expediente). Lo corrgí e intenté de nuevo. Me decía que volviera a corregirlo. Busqué mi número de expediente. Lo coloqué, intentpe de nuevo y al darle submit me volvía a decir que lo corrigiera. Tengo más de 30 minutos llenando esta planilla. Main Form not visible anymore
After a Javascript crash within Zoho Creator I can't access my main (and only!) form anymore. It is being listed under "Forms", but when I click on it's name it is not being evoked i.e. shown. Issues with embedding views
I am creating a website for lost and found pets. So far I've created the 'report your missing or found pet' form to my satisfaction. However, I'm having a bit of trouble when it comes to displaying the results on my website. I have three issues in particular: 1. I would like to authorize the entries before they are displayed on my site, to prevent abuse. I currently have it set to send me an e-mail notifying me of new entries, but I cannot work out how to prevent them from appearing online automatically.
Aliases when people submit a record
Hi, Is it possible to specify aliases for values in a field, so that when people submit a new record, they can use several words to refer to the same thing? An example of this would be if you had an "Airport" field, and you wanted the system to recognise "LHR" and "London Heathrow" as being the same thing. Or if you had a "Country" field and you wanted "Englad, United Kingdom" and "England" to be understood as equivalent. Thanks, J.

I have created an application in creator. on the back side I have a script that tally's the number of times an employee selects a drop down box. It appears none of the scripts run when entering information through the mobile interface. This includes hide/show functions.
Functions- Send Email
I am very excited about the Functions in Creator. I tried out the send email custom function to send an email to selected records. It worked. My question is, how do I customized the email body message. I could not seem to format anything to even make a greeting and paragraphs. I am also wondering if I can customize the sent from field to anything but the zoho.admin by creating a custom variable or some other work around. I am also wondering if I can access field names so that each email is customized.

Forms/views take up too much space
I want to embed a Creator form/view in our company website, but it is too big. It takes up way too much space. I would like to have options to change the size of the font, field size, and form width of the forms, and options to change the cell padding, column width, font size, etc. in the views. I have read that there will be styling options for the forms soon, and I think there should be similar styling options for views as well. Having one without the other makes no sense.
Populate Form with Worldcat data?
Hi, Is it possible to populate a form in Zoho using data from Worldcat (http://www.worldcat.org/)? Specifically if you have a zoho form and you want someone to be able to search for a book isbn and then have that search run on Worldcat and take the information from Worldcat results and fill in the Zoho form. Error importing data in to a form
I've tried to import data pasting from my excel spreadsheet, CSV file, but it just doesn't work... it keeps saying: " Error Occured. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please try after some time or refresh the page and try again." Can someone help? I've searched, but all I find are support comments that say the problem was solved by phone.

Hello, we found a bug on your application today... It appears if you add someone to one of your spreadsheet creations and give them full permissions, they can add things to the sheet by using the add tab... However, unlike the owner, the person granted access does not have an add button on the spreadsheet on the spreadsheet tab, which we think is the easiest way to add to the spreadsheet for our needs. Formula field as date
It would be much appreciated to be able to make a calendar view which gets its dates from a formula field (which outputs a date format). I can see that this could cause some problems if the formula for some reason does not output a correct format... but there is a solution for everything, right

More records can't be edited, possibly because of ampersand
I just reported that I can't edit a record with an apostrophe in its name, but now there are 2 more records that can't be edited. One has both an ampersand and an accent grave in its name, and the other just has an ampersand. To recreate: Go to http://creator.zoho.com/maureenshea/links/view/10/ and switch to list view. Try to edit the first 2 records. You get that same error message "There is no such form in Zoho Creator" Clicking edit next to the other products in the list works fine. Oops, I take
Won't let me edit record containing apostrophe
I'm not sure that's the reason why it won't let me, but here's how to recreate: Go to http://creator.zoho.com/maureenshea/links/view/25/ and search for a product that contains cupid. One will display. Click the Edit button to the left of that field. Beneath the Edit button the message "There is no such form in Zoho Creator" appears. Now repeat the search, but this time search for a product containing lily. A bunch of records return, and you can click Edit next to any of those. maureenshea
