merging fields to a picklist
Hi, when i set up project members (or a customer for that matter), i don't want to have to have a field that is their full name, but rather several fields (first, last, etc.) and then i would like to be able to access their full name from a pick list on another form (preferably last name first) how can i do this? thanks jared thinasareed
browsercheck for forms
I have created a public form, and some entries didn´t make it into VIEWS database because people were using older versions of Safari. The problem is that they fill out the form and it looks to them like the form was posted but obviosely it didn´t get through. Of course they also don´t know that they are missing elements like the popup calendar. I think it would be useful to implement a browsercheck that tells them that their browser needs to be updated to be able to use the application. Otherwise

Hello! Pleased with the product overall. Have created an application with a view that is shared with just over 100 people for a weightloss challenge I'm hosting. Lots of non-computer savvy people - and most are having no problem creating a zoho login and then accessing the app through an embedded view in my blog. Well done! I have run into an issue, however with Mac users who are utilizing Safari as their browser. Being a PC/Firefox user - I'm a bit clueless on what all may be involved in that -

Is there a way to put submitted user data into an automated email? For example: My user completes a form - Name address and phone. That information is logged into the database. What code IS valid in automatic eMail?
I see that it's possible to use HTML in the onSuccess eMail message. Is it possible to use style sheets too? If so, what would be the syntax for adding it to the message?
Internet Explorer just loops

You have a nice suite of online applications. A toolbar or especially a Firefox extension would really enhance the usability of your services. You could include a sidebar view with search, previews and links to my various files and services. The toolbar could have a button for each service or perhaps customized buttons to link to a particular file or user. The toolbar could have an option to auto-signin. Set permission to edit not working

WHen I access the application, still the EDIT is not showing up, but the ADD is always there. The top form allows users to ADD new records. So once they have added, the second form should allow them to EDIT

Increadibly Stable, I've been hacking for a few hours now, with a handful of forms, and 14,000 imported records, and when I loose patience with responsiveness I can always just click away and try something else... Mostly intuitive and flexible, but haven't yet sucessfully managed to create Lookup / Import between tables on existing Foreign Key (MyID not Creator generated ID) Maybe I'll try with script... Just thought, you might want to change the feedback forum to Support or put up a support forum. It seems that MUCH of what gets posted is support related more than anything else. I love your suite of products. For the most part it's pretty straight forward on use, but some things definitely need support (Creator) to learn how to perform the functions.

Email notification Fails
When you set notification of new entries on and set a recipient for email, when a series of entries are imported, these do not report in an email correctly instead a NULL entry is recorded on the email, even though the database refelcts the import correctly. Too many tables error although I only have a few lookups

Im trying to enter a URL in a URL field that is longer than 255 chars (see below) but come up with an error when submitting. Is there a way to increase the size of such a field?
