I'm trying Zoho CRM with Firefox, but on my Home tab, where I have my Pipeline component I see 'Plugin Needed' instead of the usual graphic... However, I do not know which Plugin is needed... Can anyone point me in the right direction? Russell.

Date/Time Event and Field is off
We have had issues with the sync to Campaigns giving the wrong time when put into an autoresponder. ( When I insert a metatag with a date/time field into an email, it is off by an hour atleast every single time. This has created multiple issues with our clients.) We have been working on that for months and still not resolved. Still waiting for a repsonse. Now we have a bigger issue: When we create an event and invite someone to the event, they receive an email inviting them. The email itself says
iPhone CRM Event time
When adding an event on the iPhone the time is 1 hour advanced - for example if you choose 7pm on the phone, the CRM web site shows this as 8pm. The correct time is on the iPhone and its datetime settings are set to automatic - we have checked the time zones of the CRM and iPhone and they are both GMT. We have also tried this on an Android and the time is perfect. Is there a setting we are missing?
Importing Contact information, compiling multiple values into 1 field
Hello, I have been using the import contacts feature, via .csv file and it's working good. However, it would be very beneficial if I could compile 2 values into one field in Zoho. An example of this is first and last name. In the default contact information section, although it is importing first name and last name as separate values, once it's imported, it's showing first and last name in the same field, on the same line. I am using the import contacts feature to import orders from our website.

CRM Email Limits
Hi Zoho One of our users has attempted to send out a bulk email today through their Leads and could only send 250 emails. I attempted to send the remaining emails out through my account but was also met with a 250 maximum emails per day limit. We are currenly on the "Old Professional" plan as per the subsciptions page and we have 6 users. From what I have read, we should be able to send out 1,800 emails per day. Are you able to assist? We have active owners set up for various contact groups. All of a sudden, I have a few active owners that cannot see their contacts, but can see others? How does this happen and how can this be fixed? When I open the contact, the active owner is correct.
Role lookup field not working
I'm trying to change the role for a user. However when I click in the field to change the role from "Technician" to "Manager", no input from the keyboard is allowed (I type Manager but no letters appear). If I click on the Role Lookup button, nothing happens. How do I get this to work? (I have more than 2 users)
Outlook Plugin - Website not populated in Account Record
When Contacts and Accounts are created in Zoho from an Outlook contact the website is not populated in Zoho from Outlook. Will this functionality be added to this interface? Will the address ever be copied at some point as well for the Zoho Account from the Outlook Contact?

Hello, I have been using the Standard Zoho CRM Subscription for a few months now which until now has been perfect for my needs. However, today I need to send more than 250 emails. I am happy to upgrade my account to the level required to be able to send what I need but I cannot find information anywhere that actually states how many emails your limit increases to with each upgrade. Unable to export a template to PDF using Android 4.3
I am trying to export a job card template to a PDF using a Samsung Android. The PDF does not load as I only get a 'loading' tab in yellow at the top of the page with the bottom export template showing in grey. The PDF does not appear no matter how long you leave it for. Please assist.
Why isn't "Modified Time" updated when adding a note?
Whenever I add a note to a Lead, the "Modified Time" field is not updated. This is causing us real usability problems, because we can't seem to create a view that truly displays the most recent activity. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can either get the Modified Time field to work correctly (i.e. update any time new notes, e-mails, attachments, etc. are added), or create a view that lets us sort by something else that will display the most recent activity at the top of the list? Lead detail on product module webhook
Hi Guys, I have leads with a relation to the products module inside Zoho. When a product is added to a lead, I need a web hook to be called with the lead & product details. When configuring the web hook for a the Lead module, there's no ability to access the product module information. When configuring the Product module web hook, there's no ability to access the lead details. Is there a way to access the information on both modules via a web hook? Thanks, David

I created a web form, its a contact, it integrated into my website fine. I fill it out and two things happen, one i don't get the Auto thank you response. And twp...my CRM shows no contact data, no client data, no lead no nothing. Where is the information being stored and how can I see it. How do I configure a report to show me the list of contacts associated with one campaign with a status of "Bounced" AND NOT associated with a second campaign with a status of "Sent"? In other words, I'm trying to list those contacts that didn't get the email and have not been sent a postcard yet so that I can send them a postcard.
