Account 'forward back' arrows question.
Choose an account, say begins with letter 'H' using the alphabet letters. Select it and bring it up. Now use account forward back arrow buttons. Selection reverts to accounts starting 'A' Is this a bug, or an oversight or intentional? Either way it pretty annoying, once a record is selected I would expect to ref this is the starting point to navigate? Thanks!
Recent data entry changes
We have noticed changes in some of the UI features. While it is always nice to know that Zoho is always striving to make improvements, it should also be noted that your best intentions" may not be in everyone's best interest. Reports: Recently the type font has changed. It used to be that if you ran a report for Sales Orders, grouped and added up the totals, you could clearly read totals at the bottom of the report page. Sorting on a Column in a view of the Contacts data is Buggy - no longer works
We defined a view that we have been using for a long time. Several months ago, the capability to sort by the "Stage" column stopped working. The drop-down choice of ASC or DESC display just fine, but the data is not alphabetical. By contrast, sort on other columns works just fine -- Next Step Date, for example. Soho: Please advise when we can expect a fix. Much appreciation.

I use Firefox as my main browser, but I have added extensions and other configurations that cause some trouble with Zoho. For the last couple of years I've used Opera as my secondary browser and used it for things like Zoho and other webapps that I want to be open and stable all the time, but recently the old version of Opera (12.16) has started to not be as stable, and it seems to have problems in particular with Zoho. The new version of Opera works better with Zoho, but is missing a bunch of features

After editing a potential the changes will not save as page stalls in loading
I made changes to an exiting potential through the edit button and once finished the page stalls when saving. The indication at the top shows loading. When aborting (after some time) no changes were recorded. Can anyone help me with this? Kind regards, Remko

I have been trying to download a csv file but it tells me no files imported due to required field being vacant but that is not the case all columns are spoken for and have data in them Pls help Ty
Expected revenue doesn't always update with change in stage.
Since editing the stages, none of my potentials update with the new expected revenue. The expected revenue remains blank, or turns to a zero in another page.
Email Template help required please
Hello all, I have started to create different email templates, however i want to attach some documents (that i have already uploaded to the documents section of Zoho), but the attach button only offers me the option to look at my local network, not the Zoho documents. Import Potential - closing date problem
I exported all my data from another Zoho Account and am now trying to import CSV files into my current Zoho account, but it will not import the Potential CSV files. The problems seems to be that zoho requires the mandatory Closing Date field to be mm/dd/yyyy while the CSV file i exported has all dates in yyyy/mm/dd. How do I work around this?

Customizing displayed fields in the search function
Hi, I would like to be able to specify another displayed field when searching lead data. Currently this is how it looks: Company Email Phone Full NameI would like to be able to see another field when I search - preferably in addition to but would replace a field if necessary. I need it because if the seniority level of the leads is unknown and a specified search displays 100 leads the only way to determine relevancy would be to open them one by one. How to show events on calendar that users have been invited to?
Hi. We're using the calendar function of Zoho CRM for all our users. If someone creates an event and invites other users to attend then this event only shows up under the event owner's calendar, even though the invitees will also need to attend. How do I make sure that the event shows up under everyone's calendar who is participating? Thanks
Making views available to other users,
Is it possible to export or make available my custom views to other users on our account? I'd hate to have to manually log in and recreate them for each user, and then edit them one-by-one if I later make a change. Also, I notice that from within the potential module, the STAGE field is sorted according to the selection order (as specified when editing stage values) when you sort items by stage. But when running reports, the stage is sorted alphabetically. Is there any way to change the sort order
Unable to drill down within Potential funnel in Dashboard
When a user tries to drill down into the Potential funnel, Zoho shifts to the Reports screen, and the following message is generated: Permission Denied Sorry! Links in Campaigns
Is there a way for a Zoho campaign to report which link the client clicked on and feed that into Zoho CRM? Right now, when we sync between the two, we can see who clicked on a link but we can't see which link they clicked on. I would like to find a way to map that over so if this is possible, please let me know.
Export Notes but want to include Account Number in record
I have exported the 'Notes' records related to my accounts and it has everything I need EXCEPT I need the Account Number field included in each of the Note records. I have several accounts that have the exact same name (e.g. Custom Upholstery) so I can't use the spreadsheet to effectively link to my company's computer data because the Account name is not unique to every account, but the Account Number is. I NEED HELP!

Filter recycle bin
Due to the bug (that you guys just fixed and I can't wait to test), I have many items deleted on the same day/time. The items are in the recycle bin and I"d like to restore them. How to properly capture two different types of leads
My firm is a business development consultancy. We represent other company's products or services. So for us, there are two types of leads: Project Leads - These are potential clients for our firm. If we're successful, we'll get a contract to represent their product or service. Customer Prospects - When we get a project from a client, say "Customer" we then go out and try to generate business for that Customer. So for that Customer, we will have a bunch of leads specifically for that customer.
Email section does not scroll
Hi there, I'm using Safari 7.0 and when I try to scroll through my emails, it cuts off at the bottom. Basically, the section the holds the emails (I'm assuming it's some sort of a frame), doesn't allow me to scroll. However, the entire page I can scroll. This is very annoying, and started happening to me last month. This problem does not occur in Chrome, but I use Safari and would like to continue to use Safari. Any thoughts? Thanks

Is there any way to Map all or any of my Zoho CRM leads
I have 800+ leads in my Zoho CRM account and I will eventually have to visit most if not all of these at some point. Therefore, mapping my travel route efficiently and effectively is very important. I am unable to locate a function within Zoho that gives me this capability. Is there any software out there that will give me the capability of mapping my leads list if I were to upload them in a .csv or .xls file?
Custom field linked to contact
I am looking for a way to make a custom field that is a drop down list, where the items in the list are linked to entries in the contact section. I'm ok with the contact input form layout but when I click on the "contacts" tab on the black nav bar at the top I get a list which contains name, phone and email. I would like to add mobile phone to this list. I see how I can change the contacts module but how do I change the default contacts list view?
Multiple client locations under one business name

Merging new data into an existing ZOHO Database
We have a spreadsheet with some additional information on about 3000 records inside of ZOHO. Only two of the fields will be changed and I don't want to change any other data inside of ZOHO on those records - just those tow fields. In the past I just did a MassUpdate, but that is limited to 100 records at a time - time consuming and tedious. Is there a way to do this with an upload without affecting any of the other fields?
