How to export selected contacts
Hi, is it possible to export a selection of contacts to an excel sheet? I just saw that we can't convert a contact into a vendor so I'd like to export some contacts and then import then in vendors. Thank you for your time.
Potential Revenues
Hello: Is there a way to calculate company revenue on a sale that might include cash as well as "in kind" (trade)? For example, a deal might be worth $1,000 with $500 being cash and $500 being trade. I have a situation were I need to link a single contact to more then one account. If I clone it then I have two contacts created for the same person and would have to update both? What is the best way to handle this?

Zoho CRM Free Edition is free for 3 users. Does this mean I can still use it for free if I enable only 3 people to use Zoho CRM in my company (disable all the rest of the people not to use the Zoho CRM)?

Linking events to accounts/contacts and showing account name in event page
When I create a new event (from either the activities tab or directly in the account or contact pages), the event appears in the list of events in the activities tab, but not on open/closed activities section of the account/contact. 2nd Product Unit Price

Web to Lead not notifying the Lead Owner
Notify Owner : Notify Lead Owner As you can see I do check the box to notify the lead owner, but the email is not going out. It used to work on all our forms but no longer work on any of them. I have tried regenerating the code in zohocrm and pasting it, but it doesn't fix the problem. The rest of the form works fine including emailing the person who filled out the form. But, it no longer notifies the lead owner. Help!

Duplicate entries in report drawing from two modules
I have created a report that pulls information from Leads (i.e. leads is the Module for which the new Report has to be created) and where the related module is Activity. When I run this report some leads are duplicated, and some with an activity appear 4 times. Does anyone know whether there is an existing resolution for this or is it a bug. If the latter is a resolution scheduled?

Event Status Not Visible
Hello, I am trying to edit the status on an event but the status field is not visible for alterations. I tried to add a new field named "status" but an error message popped up and said that the field already exists when it doesnt. I also tried to mass update the events status to completed but it did not work. What is wrong? Thanks, Alex O
Using Tab to go to text boxes
Not sure exactly how to title my question. When I am typing in information and I hit tab ("tab" on my keyboard) it doesn't always go to the next field; sometimes it just goes down to the bottom section. For example, when I typed in "Circle P Ranch" into the company field and hit tab it jumped me down into my Description section. If I keep hitting tab it will go back to the top and go through all the fields and then still skip right over the address section. In other modules I have similar issues

Zoho CRM 'users' not receiving emails to invite them into program
I have a 6 person subscription for Zoho CRM, and have created several users. Some are now deactivated, but when i try to create 2 new active users (within my licence), the users don't receive the emails asking them to confirm access. I have tried de-activating them and re-activating them, and re-inviting them, but nothing seems to work. Please help!

Hi , we started using zoho newly so I decided to set up a test company crm account (Radius Partners Consulting) to test the capabilities of zoho crm . It's a great experience, we will start using zoho applications for our office but the issue is my collegues set up a new crm account under the name radiuscyprus and they cant invite me neither i can delete this test account. Shared Contacts don't show automatically when composing email
Hello, Contacts that are in my personal Contact List show automatically when composing an email and typing the first few letters of the recipients name. (note this is the Contact list in Zoho Email in the CRM - not the Accounts/Leads/Contacts) However, the group in the "Shared Contacts" do not show automatically when typing the first few letters as the regular contacts do. I would like to be able to have a master shared list of email addresses (that are separate from the CRM Accounts or Contacts)
Export in PDF in Qoutes and Report and other feedback
I currently start using zoho crm. Exporting Quotes to PDF does work, but the resolution is very low. The letters are not sharp. While exporting report to PDF gives a good resolution, but the formating is not correct. No margin at left and right. Does this known? HTML - when code is loaded only shows pictures with little red crosses

ZOHO Deleted my CRM and Support Account - They Won't Respond

Moving through accounts in the accounts list does not work
Click on tabs Account, then go to an account further down in the list and click on it. It will show you the account details. Downgrading and Billing
Hi, I am a Yearly subscription users with 10 users of Zoho CRM. The total fees for the 10 users have been paid for upfront. After using for 3 months we need to downgrade it to 5 users as our number of users has reduced. Question: How do we get a pro-rated refund as we are no longer using the 5 users for 9 months (12 - 3)? email template to prospects
Is it possible to create a series of emails to automatically go out to a prospect? When I come across someone that I would like to do business with I would like to enter their name into the system and have it automatically send a series of a few emails (over a period of a couple of weeks) to this prospect. The emails aren't trying to sell them anything, just trying to connect with them and schedule a time to talk etc. Is this possible within Zoho? Thanks,
