Different Opportunity types?
We sell a base service, with several different add-ons. So a customer may have just our base software or they may have all the options. After we have sold our basic service, we would like to track/forecast, etc additional revenue within a customer. Is there a way to create an Opp template? If not, how are you all tracking them?

Hi I set profile with quople hidden fields (tel's and mail's)in contacts. Almost everything is correct. On contact view that data is invisible, great :) but in events field I have "whom to deal with" with that fields visibble (tel number and mail). How can I hide hidden data? Best

Hi Regarding this issue of status change on purchase order which affects the qty ordered and and qty in stock, i would like to point out if the PO is cancelled or deleted the qty ordered still remains the same, when are you looking to resolve this bug, also once the puchase order is created and thereafter qty adjusted this also does not reflect in qty ordered. it seem you have resolved the issue of a status change from created/approved to delivered this converts the qty ordered to qty in stock,
Is there a way to create a custom field that ties to a contact in the database?
For example, if I wanted to identify the key people in an account in three custom fields on the account tab, "CEO', "CFO" and "CTO" is there a way to populate those fields with actual contacts residing in the database so all I have to do is click on their name to get to their contact info?

Hi Team! I have been playing around with Zoho CRM, Campaigns, and now Invoice. Is there a quick way to switch to the various products? Or even better, is there a way to integrated them onto one screen? Is it possible to create a rule such that if the close date is earlier than today, an email is sent to the owner and alerts them that the close date must be updated? Or an alert that a close date is approaching?
Web Zoho CRM Bug
Hi I'm experiencing two issues with a web zoho crm form. I have the code inserted into a wordpress page however there are a couple of problems. One is that the validation code isn't appearing. I've had a look at the code its producing as well as testing the code outside of wordpress. When the code is viewed on its own outside wordpress the validation code appears. Won't accept closing date
Location is Hong Kong, Language is UK English when entering closing date for potential it will not accept. Lists only as "undefined" the input mask is in Chinese which is odd listing yyyymmdd. But no input of any format appears to allow a save. This includes using the calendar function to select the date. Any suggestions?

Hello, Our company works in B2C scenario where Mass lead import means each time importing of 300+ leads. Sometimes happens to have our existing clients (Contacts & Accounts) between those newly uploaded leads. Is there a way to check between Leads and Contacts modules for duplicated registers? If not, what is the practice that you suggest to prevent to contact our existing clients with an offer for leads (embarassing, isn't it?).

Hello- Just downloaded ZOHO. My business is a lot recurring monthly business, and of course adding new ones. But the first part is more important. Here is how what have... - I work with agencies (parent account) that will have lots of others accounts under them (should i create these as potentials, or create new accounts?) every month, I will predict revenue per each account and at the end of the month, I will update based on actual revenue... tying "Reports To" field to other records in CRM
Is there a way to allow contacts to be connected via the "reports to" field? I would like to be able to look at a contact and see who they report to and from that field go directly to the manager's contact information. How can I create tasks based on campaign member status?
I must be missing something here, because this seems to be an awfully common requirement. I send out a campaign (using Zoho Campaigns, but I think that's irrelevant to this question) to 1,000 leads. 100 of them respond to it - perhaps by clicking through a link to download a white paper. I want to create a task for each of those 100 respondents to have our sales staff follow-up with them. Hi, We have a workflow rule that creates a task (follow up) every time a new lead is created. When we manually create leads or when leads a created via our contact form (from Zoho creator) this rule is executed and it works just fine. But when a new lead is created via Zoho Livedesk OR Unbounce, then the rule is not executed and no task is assigned... How come? /Bo Thygesen

Mail Merge Envelope Formatting
I can set up a mail merge template that is just a #10 envelope and get it working properly and save it. However, once I close it and reopen it the format is changed. In particular, the header and footer are back which need to be removed to make an envelope print properly. And the indents for the address fields are all messed up. I have similar problems with other 8.5 x 11 mail merge document although there it shows up as additional lines being added into the header and footer when save then close

Problem with Captcha on Web to Case Form
I cannot seem to get the Web to Case Form captcha to work properly. It just keeps showing the captcha form field, but not the code. I put the three scripts in my page per the instructions, but I think the script code is in the wrong place. I tried it in a couple of spots, but keep getting the same result. Any thoughts? Can anyone tell me exactly where to put the <script> code in my Web to Case Form? The instructions just say to put it before the </div>. That could be anywhere in the form after the
