Hi there! I am just setting up our CRM for our company to use as our main database, so if there is already a means of achieving this please let me know. I recently upgraded my account to include the zoho mail add on. I have a corp email address that I can not bring in to zoho for security reasons. Prior to enabling the mail add on. I had the ability to add as a send from email address which worked great. Now that I have enable the zoho mail add on I can only use my @zoho.com email address. Please advise asap as to how to correct this. Thank you.
New UI Feature Needed
I have been using ZCRM for close to three years now. And since he beginning I have been asking for a feature that will make it much easier to view data in VIEWS. You need to allow users to select the column width in views. Currently the column width is determined by the field name. The example attached demonstrates how silly this is. I have been waiting patiently for this for over two years. Now that you are finalizing the new UI I see this as the perfect opportunity to implement this functionality.

All Day Events in CRM
Is it possible to create an 'all day event' in Zoho CRM? The idea being if something is taking up an entire day I would rather have a check box to confirm this rather than have to set time and date. Similar to the way Outlook handles an event.

when I explore contact by default I see only my emails associated with this contact. To see others emails I should choose other users in right drop down menu. How can I see all emails associated with this acount without choosing other users?

Our company is using the "accounts" section of CRM to record all of our current Client information. I love that you can view a contact or even a lead and see open activities, notes, etc but the best feature by far is the email field where you can view emails that you have sent or received from them. My idea would simply be to add this functionality to the "accounts" section so that I can see/view emails I have sent/received with my Clients. Could you do that for us? Have a good day

I have an email message that I would like to associate with a contact who has not sent or received it, so that when I view that contact's record, I will see this message. How can I do this? Error handling of insertRecords
