What's new this July? [Feature enhancements]
Hey everyone! Just wanted to stop by and give you a quick look into a few dashboard enhancements we pushed live this month, to make your Zoho Social experience a little smoother. Here are some of the more *obvious* ones which you may have noticed: Switching between Brands made easier You can now arrange your Brands view from your Zoho Social homepage. Hit the Brand icon to open the drop-down that lists all of your connected Brands. From here you can arrange based on last-used, or alphabetical order.
Zia as a separate category in the setup page
Hello everyone, Zia will be moved as a separate category under the CRM setup page owing to its increased prominence and number of features. Reconnecting Facebook Pages [API update]
Hey there, We're here to give you a quick reminder to reconnect your Facebook Pages to your Zoho Social account, following an API change that Facebook has initiated that's been in effect since June 30, 2020. Due to updates in the Facebook Message permission workflow, anyone using a third-party tool such as Zoho Social to access their Facebook Messages will have to reconnect their accounts to push these changes into effect. Failure to do this will result in Facebook depreciating the Messages feature

Fix for the issue related to the logo size
In our recent update, we made some enhancements to improve the quality of the logo in customized templates. As a result of this, the logos which do not match our preferred dimensions may not appear correctly in your invoices. All you need to do, to get things back to normal is to make the logo fit our preferred dimensions (580px X 250px with 300dpi) and re-upload it back again into Zoho Invoice.
