Proper way to map First and Last Name from CRM Webhook to "Name" field in Zoho Creator Form
I am trying to create a webhook action by mapping particular data in a CRM deal over to details in a form in my Zoho Creator App (Fulfillment Tracker). I am able to successfully map data to my form/table that is a standard field (i.e. single line input text). However, I am running into an issue when linking up to the name field (which has sub-fields of first name and last name). Cannot send email via MS Office Outlook

zoho mail not opening in safari
my zoho mail was working fine until around 11am this morning (uk time), it then put me into the login screen, now everytime i try to login i get the please reload page and try again message, this is only happening in safari i can login with firefox to access mail, but i would prefer to use safari. i have allowed cookies in my safari settings. is there a fix for this issue?

Bug: WYSIWYG editor excessive bottom margin
I'm pretty sure this is a new issue in the last couple of days. The WYSIWYG editor is setting the bottom of the edit area a long way from the bottom of the window, leaving a large wasted space that should instead be dedicated to the edit area. Here is a screen cap. This issue shows up across multiple zoho wiki sites, and happens on both Firefox and Chrome, on Windows. (7-64).
Bug WSYIWYG col insert incorrect valign
When the WYSIWYG editor creates a new table with the Insert Table button, it adds attribute valign="top" to each cell. However, the right-click > insert column does not do so. This means newly added columns have valign default, which is middle (and almost never what I want!). I'm pretty sure this broke only recently, since I use tables on a daily basis, and would have noticed this. Anyhow, I think Insert Col should be consistent with Insert Table. Bug: WYSIWYG table row and col add and delete control is missing
Some time in the last few weeks, the tiny control that appears when editing tables, to allow adding/deleting rows and columns, has stopped appearing. That control was always a bit fiddly, but quite useful, particularly for adding or deleting many rows at a time. The same action using the right click menu does work, but is quite slow. I am reporting this in case the disappearance of this control was unintentional.

It used to be that after inserting an image into the WYSIWYG editor, you could later select it, resize handles would appear, and you could use those to resize it. Scheduled Actions not Working for Workflow
Hi, none of the Scheduled Actions are being triggered on my workflows. I've set up a workflow to be executed on a date/Time of 15 minutes after the last activity time. And I've also attempted one toe be executed On a Record Action. My issue is that in both cases, only the Instant Action is being triggered. So the workflow is successfully starting, the criteria that's defined is successfully being applied, the instant actions are successfully being triggered and show up on the History of the leads.

Hello, I became a user of zoho mail on 15/01/2019. I started today 17/01/2019 to rotate from my old email provider to my new zoho email address. All worked fine in the beginning, until my Zoho email box stopped accepting incoming emails. Hello, I want to search a freshly created record based on a criteria named "SIRET". The SIRET custom field datatype is "single line". Google calendar sync misses half the appointments
In Zoho CRM, I went to settings, marketplace, then Google. I configured it to sync both ways with a new google calendar. It accepted the setup and synchronized but only some activities actually synchronized. From the attached image you can see it's missing 2 items on Friday the 18th. It's also missing items from other day as well. I've refreshed the page and checked the configuration again. I don't understand what's wrong. Any assistance would be great. Thanks.

Uploading images to campaigns for an email blast
I have been trying for two days to upload a single image in Zoho campaigns for an email blast and it continually shows up as an unloadable image (see my multiple attempts below). I have sent out other blasts after this one and their images loaded just fine. I have even tried to delete the campaign and start a whole new one and it did not help. I have also tried uploading it as a png and a jpeg. Any diea on how to resolve this?

Merge Existing Data - Merging cells with formulas instead of merging the cells with a value
Hi, I'm setting up a document merge in "writer" with existing data from "sheet". The sheet is full of formulas to populate the cells for automation purposes. The problem is Zoho Writer doesn't make a difference between a cell with a formula without a value and a cell with a value. Is it possible to merge only a selection fom the database? With a filter? Search is limited
I'd like to be able to search my notes for two keywords that are not necessarily in order. Like "eggs" and "Paprika". So I can find the note that has both of those words somewhere in the text. Zoho's search function will only find an exact phrase. If I type "eggs paprika" it will only find notes that have those words, in that order, right next to each other. This is a very limiting search method especially for a note taking app.

Everything is verified (except DKIM, which shouldnt be a problem when receiving emails) and i am still unable to receive any emails. New UI unattended list MUCH more difficult to navigate / find computers
This is my first post here. We've been using unattended access for about 1.5 years now. We have close to 100 computers in roughly 15 groups.
