How to add another network?
I have one internal network. I have a Zoho One subscription. I want to have "forum" capability with external users. I think I need to create an external network. Can I do that and still retain the existing internal network? If not, can I delete the internal network, start an external network? If so, what does that mean for my One subscription?
Zoho Writer and Zoho CRM Integration

How does one report across forms? My specific use case is that I have two forms. One captures attendance (hours worked) for employees while the second captures work performed. Hello, in contacts I can't see an option, category, tab or whatsoever with organization or global contacts. When composing an email the "organization" is greyed out (as well as personal). The only option is "All contacts". Group contacts aren't showing up either there.

Comments lost in recurring tasks
Is there any way to keep comments in one continuous thread for recurring tasks? It would seem that as the task is closed and then rolled to the next date (weekly or monthly interval) that all comments are lost once the task is completed. Can anyone suggest on how to keep these comments intact?

Is there a way where on click the pdf files uploaded can be just viewed in a seperate browser tab? Right now users are forced to download and then open. The pdf links show up in the column. Also, is there a way to conveniently set a filename for display? Some uploaded files have huge names etc and look ugly in the reports.
