Creating a CRM task from a Campaigns recipient report
Hi,
For a set of targeted newsletter, we want our sales to be able to contact who click on links in the newsletter.
There is a report available to download in the Report tab, under Recipient Activities. So today, our Marketing is downling the CSV file, and copy paste each recipient and clicked link into the CRM as new task...
I like to automate the process to push to the crm (where our sales are working) each recipient and the list of clicked link, as a CRM task. I can't find a way to do this.
- Campaigns automation doesn't allow access to recipient activities. Only to summaries.
- No deluge script integration seems available
From a CRM point of view, some data are available for each lead / contact, but I don't know how I could reconciliate clicked links with the correct campaigns.
Any ideas ?
