Maximum number of executable statements
This is a general comment / question. I think Zoho creator is an absolute great platform and has also improved a lot over the years. One thing however has proven to be very annoying and that is the Maximum number of 5000 executable statements per deluge action. I work on a db with around about 6000 records. It happens way too often that I have to run a function for pretty much all records where i'll get the limit error. Then have to break it up in lots of small portions. For example if i want to

Mapped Network Drive
Hi there, one of our 3rd party installed on all users relies on a single database file to run - that single file is currently stored on an on-premise server with a mapped network drive allowing that application to locate/use that file. We would like to get off the on-premise server all together & move everything onto the cloud with WorkDrive but how we would be able to set that app with the file location?
Cannot resume failed email migration
I tried to migrate my emails from gmail into zoho which failed due to space issues. I have deleted a lot of emails from gmail and now wish to resume migration, I click resume and get a message "Migration failed to resume". So I though I would delete the migration and try again, but selecting the user and choosing delete I get a message "User not allowed to delete in this state" - the status is suspended. So I cannot get out of this now, cannot resume and cannot delete it. Any ideas how I can start

Todoist says "Invalid temporary id"
Hello, I am testing a Zoho Flow integration between Zoho Projects and Todoist. I am simply trying to create a task in Todoist when a new task is created in Projects. I had some problems converting the date format, but I think I have the proper UTC format that Todoist requires. However, the flow is still failing on this error (see attached screenshots for input and out of the step that is failing): Todoist says "Invalid temporary id" Can I get some help troubleshooting this error? Frequently we've created a PO to vendor and drop ship to customer. Some of the default labels like Manuals for apps in a Group do not always make sense when you have an external community. I have third parties who require a running list of potentials in a certain stage. Data often changes with the potentials and I would like to establish a sync to a google sheet in order to keep the 3rd parties informed of updates. Switch between different Customer Portal on Android and IOS APPS
Hi everyone, I have several customers who should use more than one customer portal that I have made available to them. Many of these customers use customer portals on their mobile devices (ios and android) and they must disconnect/reconnect everytime to switch between different customer portals. Hello, I'm currently using the Sales IQ feature that allows users to check a box and subscribe to a mailing list in campaigns. I'm in the process of developing a Zobot script, and what I'd like to do is check whether or not the visitor checked the box to subsribe to the campaign and if not ask if them if they'd like to sign up during the course of the chat. However I can't seem to find a way to check for that value (I assumed it would be in the "visitor" variable). Is there any way I can accomplish

Opening up the meeting access early
Is is possible to have the Join Meeting button show up 15 minutes before the start of the meeting? We had our first live event yesterday and so many people went to the site a few minutes early only to find the registration page and no way to join. This caused people just to dial in instead of using their webcams. We want people to be able to check in a little early so that we are ready to go at the start time. thanks!
Can I create a form where the user can enter record ID and generate a record summary?

Zoho Books Mobile App recording Mileage
within Zoho Books on the desktop the new expense > Record Mileage is available to enter distance travelled and it calculates the amount based on mileage x 45p per mile. In the mobile app, I can create an expense and select the Fuel \ Milage Expense Account but it still prompts me for an amount and not a distance. SOLVED - Scroll Bar on Pivot Table Report
Hi Team, Does anyone know how to show the scroll bar on a Pivot table? I have a pivot table report in my dashboard, and the data scrolls below the end of the chart/report.
