Edit an Account for a Matched Transaction
Hello, I'd like to edit an account for a transaction that has already been matched. Right now, I cannot change it - I get this message: I realized after I matched and reconciled the transaction that it is tax deductible and would like to change the account from Advertising and Marketing account to Contributions account. In order for me to change the account, I'd have to unmatch the transaction (which un-reconciles an entire month!). I just want to switch the account - if the amount is the same,

I've added a new multi-select field to an old form so that I can share one same report with different clients and each of them will only be able to see the records that are relevant to them. The multi-select field is called 'access' and basically it will have the zoho.login email of each user that can view that record, and then the report will have a filter using the zoho.login that will check who is accesing the form and show those records. hiding and showing fields at a subform
Hi! I have a form "orders" and a subform "order details" at "order details", depending on the selected "product type", some fileds should be shown. the subform has all the fields possible for all the products types, wich are all hiden on load of the main form i was thinking to show the necessary fields on user input of the product type field, but it seems like it isn't possible as it gives me the following error: "invalidTaskInSubForm" Any ideas on doing this some other way?

I'm working with a client to integrate ZC with an api-enabled service. When a user registers with ZOHO, I also need to POST the user's contact data to the api. The api requires a checksum value in the POST request. The checksum is a combination of my admin name, api account name, and user email. However, it's created using the MD5 command. Avoid duplicates
Hi, I've got a subform with basic details like Client name, Suburb, Address etc. It appears in two forms. I want there to be a single subform record for each Client name. So if no subform record exists with the entered client name, create it. But, if it does exist, update it without also creating a new subform record. I think this is simple, but i'm having trouble figuring out where to implement this. Thanks Levi
Emails sent via turbosmtp bounce on zoho emails
Hello, We have domain emails setup with Zoho, however, we switched SMTP mailer provider (for internal reasons) to TurboSMTP. Whenever we attempt to send an email via the Wordpress plugin WP Mail SMTP (as a CC or main recipient) the email bounces. If we were to send an email to avalidemail@example.com and a CC to one of our domain emails, the CC will bounce for our emails but deliver to the client. We've tried to whitelist turbosmtp's IP or the email from which we send the email, but it keeps failing.

CRM Integration not working in Zoho Mail
Hi, I found a couple of community support articles from 2015 on this topic, but the interface has moved on enough that those answers no longer make sense. In Zoho mail, when we attempt to open the CRM integration, it blanks the screen (with a layer) like something is loading, butit never progresses - here is a screen shot: It just hangs after this until we refresh the browser. Any ideas on how to get CRM to actually load? Is there a permission on the CRM side that isn't working?

I have followed all the process for setting up the sync between ZOHO Mail and ZOHO CRM calendars. But sync is only occurring one way. My ZOHO mail calendar has all the ZOHO CRM info, but my ZOHO CRM calendar is not showing any of the information in my mail calendar. Why is this?

Seems like milestones could use the ability to be customized. I'd like to be able to create layouts for milestones similar to how one creates them for tasks. Honestly, you all have the ideal functionality built, just needs to be applied to milestones.
How do I record candidate submissions where there is no vacancy (Reverse Marketing)

Hi (again!) I would really like the report function for sales by item to report average margin based upon average item cost and average sale revenue - any plans to include this column? Incoming filter condition does not contain bcc
I need to filter incoming emails based on the value in the BCC of the email, however BCC is not offered as an option in the filter conditions - only To or CC Is this choice missing for a reason?

This user has accidentally created a free account on Analytics instead of joining our workspace and unfortunately they can't access the workspace at the moment. How can we delete their free account from the system or at least let them join to our workspace?

Hello, we are using outlook 2010 and some email are not being forwarded from zoho, they are marked as spam. As a hotel we have a lot of individuals customers mails that are getting marked as spam, and this is a major issue for us. Cannot make scripts in sub form work
I created a simple sub form with some simple math between fields. When i test it in the Forms area it works perfectly. However, when I try it as a sub form of a master form, the script is ignored. Hello, I have a form called “Projects” which contains a subform called “Invoices”. In the subform I have a field called “Amount”. On the main form I have a field called “Total Cost”. EMERGENCY: Customer Portal Reports are Missing Fields in the App's Report

Email is not being delivered.
I was always able to send my emails normally but in the last two weeks I noticed that my emails are not being received by one company. Before this two weeks everything was ok we were sending messages and emails without a problem, but then they stopped receiving my email. I tried adding other email addresses to see if other users can get the mail and indeed they do but the most important company is not receiving it. We already asked to see the Spam and Not wanted email, but it was not there either.

Hello I just created a shopify store and I bought a domain name. In order to send email for my customers with my domain name I need to use zoho for this. After following the instructions I still can't fix the problem with the mx records in my dns set up in shopify. at one point I tried so many things I thought I would cancel my current zoho account and create a new one but apparently if you cancel your account you can't create a new one with same mail adress. here are screenshots of my problems.
