From time to time - when I get a highly place-able candidate - I will email companies with a brief synopsis. If a company expresses and interest, then I submit the candidate i.e. reverse marketing.
There is no vacancy to record a candidate submission. And I do not wish to create a vacancy. But I do wish to record:
a) the sending of a candidate synopsis to a client
b) the sending of a CV to a client
c) the recording of an interview with a client
all of which I would like to do without creating a vacancy, and then to be able to be able to see a report of who I have sent the synopsis to.
As reverse marketing candidates to companies that do not necessarily have vacancies, is there an effective way of recording my activity which I can then see in summary.
