Contacted the Billing Support of Zoho Mail twice - no response
I don't know how many days or weeks Zoho currently takes to respond to tickets. The basically non-existing support is the reason for my request to downgrade my account to the "lite" version. Automatically exclude break in total hours
The current break time setting only allows UNPAID option for the manual break mode. But this means employees will have to login and out during breaks. We want to have an automatic setting wherein the break time is deducted automatically from the total hours. It was available in the past as I have seen a screen shot from https://help.zoho.com/portal/community/topic/attendance-module-overtime-calculation-and-payable-hours but this is not the case anymore. Hello, I am not recieving emails from people that send them from a gmail account. I have tested this myself and can confirm that none of the email addresses I have setup with you are receiving the test emails from a gmail account. My MX records are setup correctly and I am recieving emails from other people. I have checked spam folders and the spam settings in the admin control panel but nothing seems to be causing this. I created a new email for my colleague and every time he sets it up on his Mac or iPhone and tries sending emails the email gets rejected by the server. I don't understand why that's happening as when I set up his email on my laptop it seems to be able to send and receive emails but not on his devices.
Create POs w/o Creating Items
We track our product catalog in another database, so we want to be able to create POs programmatically without having to sync the items as well. It doesn't appear that I can do that though, it appears that each item has to be created before the PO will accept it. Is that right?

Loss of trash icon
When hovering over a message in Inbox, I no longer to see a trash icon for me to quickly delete the email. I know I can click to select the message then use the trash icon, but I found the quick trash icon much more convenient. Not sure whether this is a bug or a planned change. If the latter, i'd really like you to consider bringing it back.

Customer Comments : how to prevent that ?
Currently on the helpdesk portail the customer can 'comment' instead of reply. The issue is that action is not interacting well with ticket status : as it is not a reply it will not switch back the ticket to 'Open'. How do you manage that ? Do you know if there is a way to prevent this 'comment' function on customer side ? THANKS !

However since some recipients won't be able to receive some campaigns from Zoho CRM, I decided to open an email address with Zoho. Now all the email messages attached to Zoho contacts are gone. Inifinite canvas
I've only recently found Zoho Notebook, and found one feature missing that some others do have (I use Zoho Notebook on my Android phone, tablet, iPad and desktop browser) like Squid (Android). An 'infinite' canvas to scribble on. Squid for instance uses two fingers to move the canvas so you can continue drawing. Another nice to have feature would be 'guidelines' (again, Squid has this) that gives you lines or grids as guidelines.

I can't find the proper syntax which allows the selection of specific values from this column. crashes on android when trying to edit a long note?
for long notes the app on android isn't responding when I click on a note to edit it. It works fine on the desktop app but when I click on the note to edit it on android it becomes unresponsive. How do I fix this issue, can i share a crash file to find out why it happened so it can be fixed? this is very inconvenient

Email chain does not show all of the emails
My inbox is showing the number of emails in an email chain, but it fails to actually produce the emails. See image attached. When you click on the number inside the circle, it should show the full email chain, but in this case, only displays the new email and the original one sent-- losing two emails. In fact, those emails aren't anywhere in the inbox and I have to search by the sender to find them. (frustrated) Scott
