I have linked my my Yahoo mail to my Zoho account. I never had any issues with SMTP until recently. Now when logged in to Zoho and trying to send Yahoo mail, I frequently get the following error: “Unable to connect SMTP server:plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com Reason: Authenication failed: 535 5.7.0 (#MBR1213) Please verify your account by going to https://login.yahoo.com” Sometimes going to https://login.yahoo.com clears the issue, but the last month or so it rarely clears the issue. Unable to receive emails via MS Outlook 2010 since yesterday morning.
With no changes made prior to yesterday morning, I have been unable to receive emails in Outlook with zoho account email. Task 'xxxx@xxxxxxx.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC1A) : 'Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. How do I remove old users form Zoho
I am trying to use Cliq, but I have old contacts that cannot be removed from Zoho showing up in my possible contact list in Cliq. I have tried removing these people but it seems that once someone is in your Zoho platform, you can never really remove them. We are a very small organization and it is annoying. I've attached a screenshot of this "feedback form" that all of the sudden shows up on the home page of my customer portal. It's also showing up in my internal desk when I click on Agents under Organization or Users under Channels - Help Center. I tried completing and submitted the form as an agent in Desk and got an invalid URL error from Zoho. If trying to fill out on the portal page I can only add text to the subject and message fields. Is it possible to customise the filter by column on the left, for example candidates, I have many fields showing in filter by, but only a few I will ever use to filter. Spreadsheet FALSELY says column limit of 256 has been reached
I am trying to add a column to a simple ZOHO DOCS spreadsheet that currently only has data in column A-T. When I add 'insert column' the pop-up message tells me I have reached the 256 column limit. Clearly I have not. I wonder if highlighting a whole row blue has caused this error?? I have attached a screen shot.\ When I delete the 'u' 'w' or 'v' columns, the problem does not resolve. Can anyone advise a workaround? Less than 24 columns is nothing to work with. Thank you LBB

Mapped Title from CRM to Campaign but the Title Got Cut Off
I want to be able to create a segment from a master list of just Chief Financial Officers. In our CRM, these contacts are listed as Chief Financial Officers, Chief of Finance, VP of Finance, etc. So my hope was to do the following: 1. Map the "Title" in our CRM to a "Title" in Campaigns. 2. Segment based on "contains" "financ" However, after mapping the "Title", I noticed in Campaigns that some longer titles got truncated. So I am concerned my segment will be left with an incomplete list.

I have setup an autoemail with the following settings: When: Execute during a date/time field occurrence 4 Days after Creation Date Condition: Lead Status is Open, Attempted contact, no show, contacted Instant Action: Email #1 It does not work though. Does the condition mean that the status must be all of those at the same time? Or does it mean that the lead status must be open or attempted contact or etc? Can anyone help me? False Domain Expired notice and no access to DNS panel

User Performance Component
Hi, I'm looking to create a component where I can track YTD sales amounts for each of my salespeople. I would like one component to show me the following columns: 1. User Name 2. Closed Deal $ Amount 3. Open Deal $ Amount. The problem I am running into is that in creating a report, I can only use two columns, User Name and Amount. Apparently Zoho Mail is fixed, but I'm still getting the error message "Ah snap... Content is not available. Please try again after some time." on a bunch of messages that were sent over 30 days ago that I just found in my spam folder. I've marked these messages Not Spam and moved them to my Open Support Requests folder, but I still can't view the content. HELP PLEASE.

Scheduled calls not showing up in upcoming activities
Hello. I am trying to use the Calls function in activities rather than marking it as Tasks. Why isn't a scheduled call for a future date no showing us as upcoming Activity on the top of the page as does the future task schedules? This is an issue because when looking at an account that has a future call scheduled, there isn't a upcoming event bar at the top of the page which is deceiving. Hi all When tracking web conversions, we typically see lots of valuable data within Google Analytics and Google Adwords called Source/Medium. This tells us which 3rd party sites etc our users came from. Lately our download pages have started using an embedded Zoho WebForm and we're losing this data. I believe this is because when a user completes a web form, they are temporarily redirected to Zoho CRM before being passed onto our "thank you for downloading" page.
