Hello, None of our emails are reaching our clients via outlook or Webmail, we were told there is a posibility the IP address may not be white listed. Hi there, We are having issues with one email address marina@lovemilton.org emails are not sending on her laptop. She is able to send using her mobile phone but anytime she uses her laptop she gets a message back saying Mail rate exceeded limit. How do we resolve this? Thanks

Customer Portal Login page redirect to open in new page
Hi, I want to use Zoho Creator's Customer Portal embedded in my WP website. Unfortunately Iframed embedded login page redirect to open portal in new portal page instead of Iframe. How long does it take for a post to get through moderation? The post was my second attempt to contact Zoho to get my account access sorted out - and the post does not even show up here. Maybe I shouldn't bother with Zoho after all if it is impossible to get in touch and a timely reply? In this case, is it enough to remove the zoho verify from the DNS settings and the MX recordsd to purge all traces of the account in Zoho? Thanks.

Hi, is it possible to send group notification emails whenever a ticket response is received to all agents? Currently only the agent who the ticket is assigned to will receive an email. I am trying to figure out how to have the notification email sent to our group email address instead. Thanks!

Test email appearing incorrectly
I am using Dreamweaver to create html for a newsletter. Previews in Dreamweaver in multiple browsers as well as in Zoho Campaigns once imported appear as they should. Then they don't appear correctly with a test send out of Zoho campaigns. There is no editor in Campaigns for imported html to troubleshoot - correct? This is ridiculous and frustrating.

Pasting Text Into Mail - Showing Formatting Code
Hi there, I am trying to paste a sentence into an email. However, it keeps outputting the formatting code as well. Here is a screenshot: This is happening when pasting from the Mac OSx text editor called "TextEdit" Also, I did try using CMD-Shift-V but nothing gets pasted at all with that. [Pydio] Impossible to save csv

Working CRM IMAP integration timeline?
Just wondering if anyone over at zoho has come up with a time line for when the CRM IMAP system will actually work? By work i mean also having the Email Tab in the crm with our email accounts and folders etc. Clearly only being able to check email by going to a crm Lead / contact etc is not a working integration. We are anxiously waiting to pay for an additional 4 users once you can get this working! I can only imaging how many other companies have been forced to use one crm account instead of many

Outlook 2013 IMAP not syncing new emails
For some reason, the IMAP account I have set up in my Outlook 2013 doesn't update new emails. Even forcing it to "send / receive emails" doesn't result in any new emails appearing in the inbox. If I log into my webmail, I can see the emails sitting there, so not sure why they don't appear in outlook. If I can't fix this, obviously I can't use the email system going forwards. Thanks.

However, by reporting the SMS verification code, the site reported an error and instructed it to try again later. Banner Image on Mobile Site
The banner image on my mobile site is much larger than I would like it to be. Through the HTML/CSS Editor I successfully adjusted the banner area height of .bannerImage but that only adjusts the area itself, it doesn't modify the size of the banner image. Is there a way to modify the dimensions of the banner image on the mobile site or remove the banner only from the mobile site?

I received the following messages from Outlook, which I thought were resolved but all my emails for the past two days have been sitting in my outbox and not delivered!
