Hello all! I've been using zoho for a while. Honestly, it's great! But I'm having this issue with blocking since 6th of July.. First I got my outgoing mail blocked for 24hours because of too much mail recipients.. fair enough... I should use something like mailchimp for newsletters or mass mails I've waited for the unblock and it turns out that my account is unblocked at 2015-07-07 13:03 and gets blocked again at 2015-07-07 13:53:00... 50 minutes after. Super Admin account not receiving email, but other users are?
Help please! My main superadmin user account is not receiving emails.. but for some reason it is receiving gmail emails. Also, all emails sent to other users in the same zoho org are being received fine.. For some reason only emails TO the superadmin email account are not coming through. Ive tested with several different test emails from different providers, such as a test invoice from my Stripe.com account. I get it when I send it to a different user, but i dont get it when it goes to the superadmin
Campaigns From Email
We have been experiencing an odd issue. One of our users creates campaigns and sends them out but they are appearing to our clients to be coming from other employees within our company. It seems random, 2 or 3 will be from me and 5 or 6 from another employee. The users is setting the from email as his but it seems to come from others. In the send details I see that "CRM Data Enabled" is displayed for alternate Sender Email and Reply Email. Does this have something to do with it?

Domain
I own the domain HonorMC.com. I need to access the email Admin@Honormc.com, but i cant because i am unable to add Admin@honormc.com because it is already taken which is not possible because we own the domain. Updated Mobile CRM not working for iPhone!!

Can't Connect
Over the weekend I was suddenly unable to connect using Mac Mail and also on my iphone using the "Mail" product. I reset the password to make sure that wasn't the problem... but it still won't connect.
Problems CRM mail - ASK FOR CREDITS PEOPLE!!
I have been told to post here as this is the ONLY way to get a "credit" for services not received. I encourage EVERYONE who is part of Zoho and who is affected by this "temporary" outage to request a credit for the incident. We should not have to keep following up with a company like this, some of us, if not most of us get paid for our time. Zoho should recognize this and put their money where their mouth is just like any other business out there. I want a credit posted to my account for this

Cannot access Webmail, Calendar loads instead!

Campaign review delay
I am evaluating Zoho campaigns for an animal support organization with 500 members. All that is needed is basic distribution list functionality. I would use my Zoho mail but this is highly limited in terms of number of email sent and recipients etc. I was surprised to see that outgoing emails are manually reviewed. Application updating/refresh issue
We've just rolled out to our sales team of 5 who are now using the iPhone/Android apps. It seems that the phone app isn't able to receive/display certain notes, events, calls etc. Logged in as Super Admin, I can see (what appears to be) all details but using my same log-in details on the Android app, the same information is not visible. Is it possible to have Forms not create a duplicate account their is already a duplicate in the system? The standard behavior seems to be to create a new acct record. I don't see any settings to control this type of option.

Not Receiving incoming email
I have the issue with my newly set up account aparna.k@fastpick.in - mail are going out without problems. Sending to all our ZOHO accounts gives me a delay delivery bounce back. I tried sending emails from Gmail and outlook.com to all our ZOHO email accounts but we are not receiving any. Outgoing is working fine. Please resolve immediately.
