The mobile app gets smarter on iOS and Android
Several updates landed across iOS and Android this month. Reports are now on iOS with export support, dynamic formula fields on Android always show current values, and multi-select lookup fields now work during Blueprint transitions on both platforms. Check the announcement for the full rundown.

Advanced Analytics now covers your team modules too
Zoho CRM's Advanced Analytics now supports team modules, so you can pull team data, notes, and fields directly into your reports and dashboards. Track team productivity, workload distribution, deals closed by team, and customer journeys across the full lifecycle without manual exports or workarounds.

Kiosk Studio now supports loops
Kiosk actions used to run one record at a time. Now a loop lets you configure the logic once and run it across multiple records automatically, and you decide when it stops.

Turn scanned tables into subform entries
Zia Vision's ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition) can now recognize and extract tabulated data from scanned documents and store it directly in your CRM subforms. Think prescription tables, insurance forms, or university applications, anything with rows of data that used to need manual entry.

Zoho Bigin
Manage your booking pages from Android
You can now create and manage booking pages directly from the Bigin Android app. Set your availability, share the page with customers, and let them book appointments, calls, or meetings on their own time.

Zoho Backstage
The attendee app is completely redesigned
The attendee app has had a top-to-bottom redesign, with a stack of new capabilities. The headliners: a persistent bottom nav with Quick Actions to key sections, a new Briefcase that gathers saved sessions, notes, files, and contacts in one place, and instant contact sharing via badge QR scanning. Available on the Ultimate plan. Check the announcement for the full rundown.

Push instant attendee app updates over the air
Keeping attendees on the latest app version no longer waits on App Store or Play Store reviews. OTA updates for the V3 attendee app push the newest fixes through a simple in-app prompt. Tip: finish planned updates a couple of days before the event and reserve OTA for critical fixes during it.

Zoho Mail
Smarter spam controls on iOS
The Zoho Mail iOS app now flags potentially harmful emails with warning alerts right in the mail preview. You can block senders on the spot, get alerted when emails contain hidden tracking pixels, unsubscribe from newsletters directly from the mail screen, and tell trusted from unverified senders through color-coded verification icons.

Translate emails on the go on Android
The Zoho Mail Android app now translates email content into your preferred language without leaving the app. The email's language is detected automatically, and you can switch the translation language anytime. A banner lets you revert to the original or pick a different language after translating.

Generate and summarize emails with AI on Android
Zoho Mail's Android app now lets you generate email content, summarize emails, adjust tone and length, and switch AI vendors, all with bring-your-own-key (BYOK) support. Everything you could do on the web, now on mobile.

Zoho Sign
Move your DocuSign templates over in minutes
Switching e-signature tools usually means rebuilding every template from scratch. Zoho Sign now imports your DocuSign templates directly, preserving document structure, recipient roles, and field placements. Export your templates as a ZIP, import into Zoho Sign, and they convert in one background job, with a status report flagging anything that needs a manual tweak.

Built-in OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) let teams define, align, and track goals across the organization. Offer and appointment letter management is now fully digital, from template creation to e-signing and status tracking. The quarter also brought LMS, payroll, and attendance enhancements. Zoho Bookings
Guide customers to the right booking page automatically
When you offer multiple services, locations, or specialists, customers often land on the wrong booking page. Routing Forms fix that: collect a few details upfront, then use If/AND/OR rules to send each customer to the right booking page, an external URL, or a custom message. Available on the Premium plan.

Zoho Assist
Admin Mode mid-session, a device overview dashboard, Linux tools, and custom cursor
Technicians can now elevate to Admin Mode mid-session directly from the iOS app without switching devices. A new Device Overview dashboard shows the full hardware and OS profile the moment you connect. Linux diagnostic tools are now accessible directly from the session, just like Mac and Windows. And custom cursor support syncs the remote cursor's appearance with the viewer for a more natural experience.

The Chrome extension gets a revamp
The revamped Chrome extension brings your projects into the browser without taking up a full tab. Zoho Sprints
Q2 brings capacity planning, a global calendar, Zia Search, and more
Sprint Capacity Planning lets managers assign work based on actual team availability so no one gets overloaded, and you can now export test case and execution data in XLS or CSV for offline or external use. A new calendar in Global View shows all workspace entities on a weekly or monthly timeline, and Zia Search now works across Zoho Sprints, so you can find any work item without digging through individual projects. The update also brings layout rules for releases, custom nested picklists, comment controls, and more. Check the announcement for the full list.

Zoho Apptics
Automate your app store review responses
Manually responding to app reviews doesn't scale. Zoho Apptics now has Reply Templates, a central library of reusable responses, and Review Automation to trigger replies automatically based on rules you define, like rating, platform, or app. Automated replies can be rephrased dynamically so responses never feel robotic, and multi-language support means you can reply in the reviewer's language automatically.
