Zoho CRM
Sandbox now supports more app integrations
Connect and validate them end-to-end before anything touches live production data. Newly supported apps: Zoho Campaigns, Backstage, Analytics, Finance, Forms, Flow, Creator, and Circuits, with Projects, SalesIQ, and Mail Merge coming in a later phase.
Layout Rules get nine new actions, profile-based execution, and live preview
Layout Rules can now do far more than show and hide fields. Nine new actions (set values, lock fields, show buttons and links, verify fields, and more) pair with profile-based execution so each team sees only what's relevant, and an interactive preview lets you test a rule per profile before it goes live.
Create and arrange custom buttons right from the layout editor
Create, arrange, and remove custom buttons directly from the element palette in the layout editor, no separate settings page needed. On the Records page, buttons follow your layout order, and you can pin and sort the ones you use most.
Zoho Webinar
Free plan attendee limit drops from 100 to 20
Heads up for free plan users: each session now supports up to 20 attendees, down from 100. All existing features stay the same, and larger audiences remain available on the paid plans.
Summer Broadcast 2026: MCP control, Workflows, and AI recording
The big summer release acts as your webinar co-organizer at every stage. The headliners: MCP support to run webinars through natural-language prompts, Workflows to automate the full lifecycle from registration to follow-ups, and AI recording that auto-generates highlights, chapters, and summaries. It also adds an AI writing assistant, quick email templates, and registration page branding.
Zoho Backstage
Simplified group bookings, WhatsApp auto-recharge, and more
The latest release makes group registrations and payments easier. Highlights: claim links let purchasers have attendees fill in their own details later (early access), PayNow and GrabPay via Stripe (Singapore and Malaysia), and auto-recharge for WhatsApp messaging credits. Announcement filtering and sorting, plus ticket-section customization, round it out.

Zoho Cliq
Update on default settings for AI features
Cliq is changing how AI features get switched on. For any organization that never manually set them, a set of AI features will now default to off, so turning on AI is always a deliberate choice rather than something that happens automatically. Features you or your admin already configured stay untouched. Check the announcement for the full list and current defaults, and re-enable anything anytime from the Admin Panel or your profile settings.
Zoho Writer
Dynamic document automation with conditional logic and AI-assisted formulas
Writer's formula fields can now do a lot more for document automation: 12 new string functions, conditional IF / ELSE IF / ELSE logic within a single formula field in merge templates, and an AI assistant that generates, fixes, and improves formulas from plain-language prompts.
Legal
Zoho Sign
Control which documents each recipient sees in one envelope
This new Enterprise feature lets you bundle multiple documents in a single envelope while controlling which ones each recipient can see and sign. An onboarding packet can show the offer letter to the employee while keeping payroll visible only to finance, all in one workflow.
HR
Zoho Recruit
Build tailored candidate resumes per application
Recruiters can now generate formatted candidate resumes from the Applications module, not just Candidates. Because the template pulls in fields from the specific application, the same candidate can have a resume tailored to each role, branded and built in the Zoho Writer editor (up to five templates per module).

Zoho Desk
Zia AI expands to more paid editions (from July 7)
From July 7, Zia AI is no longer Enterprise-only. Capabilities like sentiment analysis, the answer bot, and generative AI (summaries, writing and reply assistance, article generation) now reach additional paid editions, with generative AI reaching as low as the Express tier.
The mobile app now supports Odia
The Zoho Desk mobile app now supports Odia, which agents can switch to from the app's language settings on both Android and iOS.
Set a default email template in the Android app
You can now set a default email template directly in the Android app. It's applied automatically in relevant Blueprint replies and can be changed anytime, so there's no repeated manual selection.
Zoho Bookings
Make your booking pages discoverable with new SEO settings
New SEO settings help your booking pages get found in search. Across all page types (Business, Workspace, Event Type, and User), customize the title, keywords, and meta description, enable indexing, and add a custom favicon for stronger branding (Premium plan).

July update: Terminal Payments, composite tax filing, SEPA transfers, and Inventory add-ons
The July release leans into payments and compliance. The big additions: Terminal Payments to accept in-person payments via connected terminals and QR codes (India, US, Canada), CMP-08 quarterly GST return filing for composition taxpayers (India), and SEPA Credit Transfer support for bulk vendor payments (Germany). It also adds self-billed credit and debit notes, a non-profit Receipts and Payments report. For everything else, including the many Inventory add-on enhancements, check the announcement.
Zoho Billing
One-time addon quotes for subscriptions, plus expense PDF templates, and more
June's update focuses on flexible billing and cleaner records. Highlights: create one-time addon quotes directly from an active subscription, fully customizable expense PDF templates, and bulk import for item subscriptions. Custom field usage tracking and attachment retention on record conversion also make the cut.
Zoho Invoice
Now connects to AI via MCP, accessibility upgrades, and other enhancements
The April to June recap leads with AI: it now supports MCP, so assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can create invoices, record payments, and pull reports through plain-language prompts. The quarter also brings accessibility preferences, annexure attachments on PDF templates, three new interface languages (Korean, Polish, and Greek), and edition-specific updates for India, Germany, Singapore, and Kenya. Check the announcement for the full breakdown.
Zoho Inventory
Now on Windows, plus Terminal Payments, Package Types, and more
June was a big month for Zoho Inventory. Standouts: full rollout of the Windows app (with warehouse, batch, serial, bin, and barcode support), Terminal Payments for collecting invoice payments in person, and reusable Package Types with net and gross weight tracking. Early access adds Material Requests and Issues, plus Myntra and Mercado Libre marketplace integrations. Check the announcement for the full list of updates.

Zoho Creator
Route app emails through ZeptoMail, Gmail, Outlook, or custom SMTP
Updated Email Management gives you a central hub to control how your apps send outgoing email. Choose the built-in channel, ZeptoMail, Gmail, Outlook, or custom SMTP, authenticate your domain with SPF and DKIM, and get delivery monitoring and logs for better reliability (super admin, paid plans).
Action needed: update your widget CDN URLs before July 31
Action required for anyone using widgets. Zoho Creator's Widget JS API CDN URLs are changing: the old js.zohostatic.com URLs stop working after July 31, 2026. Update your V1 and V2 widget references to the new static.zohocdn.com URLs before then to avoid breakage.
That's a wrap!
