Sales & Marketing

Zoho CRM

Your Webforms, Privacy-Ready
Webforms now include cookie consent management, so visitors can opt in or out of tracking before any data is collected. Use the built-in banner or manage it via API. Either way, you're GDPR-ready with no custom development. Currently rolling out in phases.
Related lists get Expanded View, Smart Filters, and Mass Actions
Related lists used to cap at 10 records with no filtering. The new Expanded View shows up to 100 records per page, adds smart filters, and lets you run mass actions on selected records, all without leaving the record.
See AI Agent insights right on your Homepage
Your CRM agents already surface leads, flag deals, and track updates. Now you can pin any agent to your Homepage so those insights sit alongside everything else you monitor, with no more hunting for them.

Zoho Bigin

Sheet View comes to Bigin for iPhone
Scan records in a spreadsheet-style layout, sort and resize columns to taste, and tap into a record or start a call or email without switching screens. A fast way to stay on top of your data on the go.
Close the deal and collect payment from your phone
The Bigin Android app now generates payment links straight from a pipeline record to share with customers on the spot. Payment status stays tied to the deal and contact, so you always know what's paid, pending, or overdue.

Zoho Social

Q2 update roundup
Social wrapped Q2 with publishing and inbox upgrades. Threads now supports location tags, polls, keyword monitoring, and post deletion. You can also add audio to videos on publish, mention LinkedIn profiles in posts, automate the inbox with assignment rules, and export scheduled posts and drafts as PDFs.

Zoho Forms

Access Unsplash photos in the Theme Builder
Unsplash is now built into the Theme Builder, so you can browse and apply millions of high-quality background photos without ever leaving the builder.
Organize forms with the new Heading field
The new Heading field adds a fully styleable title element to break long forms into clear sections. Control font size, color, background, alignment, and even attach an image. Unlike the Section field, there's no separator line, just a clean freestanding title.
Multiple images, one clean carousel
The new Image Slider field adds multiple images as a swipe-able carousel inside your form. Choose manual or auto-play navigation and set the transition speed to give respondents visual context without clutter.

Email, Storage, and Collaboration

Trident for Mac

Four useful updates land in Trident for Mac
Message drafts now sync across Trident, Cliq web, and Cliq mobile, so you can pick up where you left off on any device. Keyboard shortcuts are fully customizable, hosts can lock ongoing meetings to keep them private, and a new Zoho Meeting eWidget lets you schedule and join meetings without leaving Trident.

Legal

Zoho Sign

Handle agreements through your AI agent
Zoho Sign now supports MCP, so you can connect it to AI agents like Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot and run your whole signing process in plain language. Send agreements, track pending signers, nudge overdue envelopes, and check statuses just by asking.

HR

Zoho Recruit

Your next hire might be one referral away
The new Employee Portal gives your team one place to browse open roles, apply directly, or refer someone with a personal link. Referred candidates are logged automatically and pulled straight into your hiring pipeline.
Bring clarity to your blueprints with color-coded transitions
Complex blueprints get hard to read when multiple transitions connect the same stages. Now you can assign a color to each transition in the blueprint designer, separating approvals, rejections, and reviews at a glance, and the colors carry through to the Blueprint Process section in your records.

Retail

Zoho POS

Zoho POS comes to Mac, plus three more June updates
A packed June: the app is now on macOS for full billing operations, Windows users can switch between organizations directly in-app, and a new All Locations filter consolidates metrics from every store into one dashboard. Pine Labs users also get a Force Cancel option to stop in-progress transactions (currently in beta).

Service

Zoho Desk

A stronger Desk mobile experience for Q2
Q2 brought full Knowledge Base access and a unified view of related info on contact and account pages, across both iOS and Android. Android adds default email templates, iOS gets a new Ticket Timeline view, and Odia support brings the total to 26 languages.

Finance

Zoho Expense

A smarter way to manage Trips
The Trips module has been fully redesigned. Create trips without locking in an itinerary upfront, add flights and hotels with dedicated buttons, manage everything in one scrollable list, and take inline actions right on itinerary cards, with no menu-hunting required.

Developer Platform

Zoho Creator

Greater control over Zia AI configuration
Zia admins get much finer control over AI config. Map each Zia feature to its own LLM provider and API key: for instance, OpenAI for code generation, Anthropic for natural-language tasks, or Google for other specialized needs. You can also add up to five keys per provider with Bring Your Own Key (BYOK), making it easy to organize by team or project.

That's a wrap!
