Zoho Sprints - Q3 Updates for 2026
Another quarter, another set of productive features. This time our focus was mainly to simplify in-app navigations and control all your work related activities within Zoho Sprints. We delivered 7 major features and 9 enhancements, which include Zoho Sprints as a meeting provider, Global Board View for work items, and Related Lists for meticulous data inclusion and visibility. We truly hope these features give you clearer insights with fewer clicks.

Collect information from end-users
Public forms enable your end users to share feedback, concerns, or issues.These are shareable URLs that allow anyone outside the organization to access the form. When the form is submitted, it will be automatically added to the project's backlog for analysis and processing.
Conduct meetings within Zoho Sprints
You are now relieved of having to configure a meeting enablement tool to conduct online meetings with your team. You can directly host those meetings using our built-in Zoho Sprints meeting provider. Your meetings are just a "Start" button away. Start your online meetings with 'Zoho Sprints' as your service provider.
Consolidate data using related lists
Consolidate and view all related information within the confines of the detail view page of a module or entity, facilitating effortless cross-module data consumption. Employ module lookup for curating existing data and creating two-way navigation between modules and their looked up records. Use custom function lookup to weave data from external sources into your Zoho Sprints modules.
Customize detail view layout
Clutter-free layout helps with easy comprehension of data. Manage the tabs in detail view of a module, reorder the tab arrangement, and extensively manage the related list customization, creation, and association in detail view.
Facilitate quick user onboarding with Zoho DAP
Every organization has its own working style. Use Zoho DAP (Digital Adoption Platform) in your workspace to quickly onboard your new employees into your agile environment. Reduce training and onboarding time with the help of DAP-based localized, contextual, in-product assistance material that will get your newbies up to speed.
Include layout rules in Objectives and Key Results
A static layout doesn't work in all instances. Use Layout Rules to build dynamic, context-aware forms that change in real time based on user input.
Get insights on custom module dashboard
Get statistical insights into the records available in your custom modules using their built-in dashboards. View the record's data in the form of charts and tables for nuanced details.
Monitor all items on a single board
Consolidate work items across projects and get the functional benefits of a kanban board. This unified Global board enables you to view items under status-based columns, drag and drop them to record progression, group data as per your preference, and get an overall perspective of all work items.

- Add log hours from global view: Record your log hours from within the Global View. Learn more
- Customize colors: You can now color-code with the colors of your choice for Status, Priority, Tags and Release Stages. Learn more
- Search epics in global search: Find and search the epics right from Global Search by its name, number or tag name. Epics are now included in Advanced Search. Learn more
- Observe timeline of statuses in risks and opportunities: Track exactly how long a risk or opportunity spends in a status. Easily identify bottlenecks and use the data to resolve future uncertainties. Learn more
- Track stage timeline for releases: Track how long a release spends in each stage before it goes live. Learn more
- Run and rerun tests: Create new test runs from projects, test suites or existing test runs. Rerun existing test run to carry out the next round of testing cycle. Learn more
- Apply filters in velocity report: View only the required information using Quick or Custom filter options. Learn more
- View as grid in global view for timesheets: View time log entries in rows and columns in Global View. Learn more
