Using logical operators in aggregate formula
Hi, I was wondering if its possible to use logical operators like AND / OR in aggregate formulas? For example: countif("Var X"='yes' AND "Var Y" > 1) If not how else can i solve this kind of problems? Cheers, Paul
Can't hide underlying Data on Dashboard
HI Guys I have a dashboard with a pie chart in the dashboard - Although I've made the dashboard public I want to hide the underlying data but can't get rid of the "click to see the data" message on the pie chart. I've restricted the settings on the "edit existing shared details" option on both source chart and in the dashboard itself. Any Ideas - have I missed something. Charts on non-active tab do not load/display - Firefox only
Hello, My charts display fine when using Safari or Chrome, but not on Firefox. I have the charts divided onto separate tabs. On page load the charts on the open tab display fine, but not the charts on the non-active tabs. Zoho Reports - New features rolled out on May 14 2013
Zoho Reports now provides an option to export views available in a folder as PDF. Previously when you want to export selected views, entire view in a database will be listed and you need the selected the required reports. Now you can maintain the reports in a folder and export the folder. For example, if you have a Sales database, where you have categorized your reports into folders such as sales analysis, cost analysis and so on, you will be able to export all the reports in Sales Analysis folder
Second Filter Does Not Work
When I create a chart and add two filters, the first will work and the second does not affect the data in the chart. Then, when I close out of the chart and reopen it, my checked boxes in the second filter do not appear, though they are still listed in the box to the right. (screenshot attached) This bug is not affecting all of my databases, but I need a resolution to continue creating charts in this database.

Stacked bar graph not pulling correct numbers
I have a stacked Bar graph that get posted information of some of our agents weekly. The issue is that its not pulling the correct number count the agent's submissions. If I manually search the data I get a higher number then what the report is finding. Here are the settings I am using for the graph. Constant error message
I'm producing a report but constantly get an error message when i try to move the report to the Dahsboard. The error message doesn't tell me anything useful apart from the fact that the error is logged. Any ideas what's wrong
Creating bar graphs that compares monthly data with year to date
I am interesting in creating a bar chart that compares data from a current month, the previous month and year to date. If you put date in the colour field it gives you the option to compare different months and different years etc. But what if a want to compare two different time measurements. Like as I mentioned before, current month, previous month and year to date? Thanks

Cant resize dashboard widgets
Hi I've just signed up for a 14 day trial of the standard product. All going fine except that i cant find a way to resize a dashboard widget. I only have the option of expanding or contracting the widget. I've seen this article https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/june-30-2011-update-dashboard-customization-more-sorting-options but rather than get a double arrow I get a four headed arrow that only allows me to move the widget and not resize it. Is this a restricted feature or am i missing
Google Spreadsheet refetch works, but scheduled import does not
I have a Google Spreadsheet hooked up and am able to manually update by selecting refetch. However, my scheduled imports are not successful. The table does not update and I get emails that it was unsuccessful. Is there anything I can do to to update my table through the scheduled imports successfully?
Column Width
I created a table chart with 3 columns in it but one of the columns isn't wide enough for the entire text to fit on one line. When it goes to the second line it's illegible. How can I set the column width so that all my text fits on one line?

Hi there, I have a table that essentially contains timesheet data. - Date - Available hours - Billable hours - Sick hours - Annual Leave Hours etc The current version of my formula calculating effective utilisation is sum("available hours")/(sum("billable hours"-sum("sick hours")-sum("annual leave hours")) But I'm getting a null result. Allowing users to change date function in a chart
Hi, Is it possible to allow users to change the date function in a chart? For example, I have a sales chart where the date function is set to 'month'. I would like for my users to be able to update this to week/quarter/year/etc. to be able to see their sales broken down by different time frames. I know that when I publish to users, I can provide them with the option to filter in different ways and show different time periods, but in all cases, the data is shown monthly. Is there a way to create a check list report within each account?
I am trying to come up with a check list for a reporting system, but currently we have about 70 accounts, and the report will need a checklist of about 100 items. I am wondering if this is a possibility through Zoho reports, rather than creating a field within each account. I do not want to create a new field because there are only so may fields one can create. I have a table with the following data points: Date Gallons Customer Name I would like to somehow be able to automatically pull the FIRST TRANSACTION DATE of a customer. Hi, I am using the Email Schedule to send out all my reports. i use also the different date filters. I need to find a method that in the email itself or in the description the date of the filter report will be written. if I use the option to filter "last 30 days", for the user is very difficult to see what are the chosen dates. any ideas?
Calculating visits in a month as a percentage?
First, thanks for your time. I'm sure this is possible, I just can't figure out how to configure it. I have a table that lists the visitors to our business and what day they come in. I'd like to calculate how many days they visit as a percentage of how many days they possibly could in that month (in our situation, any day Monday to Friday). zoho report loader - java out of memory error

Hello, we have our CRM database linked to Reports using Advanced CRM Analytics. We are trying to use the Upload Tool to upload additional information to a new table in the database but the upload tool is telling us that the database does not exist. Is this possible to do?
