Creating, replying to, modifying and merging Desk tickets from Cliq conversations with customers
When we first learned that Zoho has a mobile messaging tool, we did automatically think that it would be awesome to directly convert a chat which includes video and voice parts in it to a ticket in Desk but later we found out that the integration didn't include such revolutionary features. Cliq was just another mobile/desktop communication tool. We want strongly suggest you to include such features as exporting the history of a chat directly into one of your other solutions such as Desk, Project,Alphabetical Order of Threads within Channels

Hi guys, Is there a desktop (windows) app for chat? I have been using another chat software for several years and it uses a desktop app for the technician. It looks like Zoho chat requires that a browser be open in order to notify. I'm a one man operation and I work on multiple computers (and several virtual machines as well) and I wouldn't remember to keep a browser open with the chat all the time. Any ideas for a solution? Hello, I'm a big fan of Zoho CRM & Books. I tried Zoho Cliq which is good, love the other Zoho apps integration. But I still prefer Slack. I would like to send all incoming messages from Zoho Cliq to Slack. So I stay on Slack for messages and I'm notified when new messages in Cliq where I can continue the conversation.
