When we first learned that Zoho has a mobile messaging tool, we did automatically think that it would be awesome to directly convert a chat which includes video and voice parts in it to a ticket in Desk but later we found out that the integration didn't include such revolutionary features. Cliq was just another mobile/desktop communication tool.
We want strongly suggest you to include such features as exporting the history of a chat directly into one of your other solutions such as Desk, Project, CRM, People, Recruit etc as an communication entity record in that application (As a ticket in Desk) and also allow us to even merge it or attach it with an existing record.
As a clear example I would like to be able to add a mixed (text, video, voice) chat session with a customer into an existing ticket on Desk as a separate thread and be able to watch the video portion of it or to listen to the multimedia content from the ticket itself later on.
I also would like to respond to a customer later on from the Desk ticket by triggering a Cliq connection which would automatically start a Cliq session on the mobile app but also automatically record it as a thread in the ticket without labeling it later in Cliq as a Desk ticket thread because it was directly started on the Desk ticket.
