There is a rather large inconvenience in the desktop app as I am regularly being signed out from Cliq, presumably triggered by Idle session timeout, which is a security policies set in our org globally.
I am being told by the Zoho support that session policies do not apply to desktop and mobile app. While this holds for the Cliq iPhone app, I keep getting disconnected in the desktop app every day. This is the case for both Mac and Windows desktop apps.
I understand security implications in browser-based web apps and am happy with (my own) security policies there. However, I'd expect staying signed in the Desktop app which is what Slack or Teams does.
To generalise, this should be the case for nearly all desktop apps, think desktop email client - one does not sign in to Outlook every day.
Anyone else with similar experience with Cliq desktop?
