How to postURL to your own PHP website.. is it possible?
I have a PHP program that takes post data and fills a PDF form then flattens it. I want to send my Zoho data to this program but it seems that there is no way to post data in such a way. Is there a way to post data to an active PHP program page which will be opened?

Get an IE alert with many records selected for a form object
The above pops up in Internet Explorer with a custom action bringing up a form, if more than about 50 records are selected. Anyone know how to turn it off or get around it? It scares users. Works fine for me in Firefox, though a user reports similar there as well (I have not been able to replicate it).
PHP Forms
I have been using PDFTK tools to fill forms then flatten them. By taking various free/opensource scripts from the net I managed to make a program that will take POST data and fill a form then flatten it. I use INKSCAPE to create the form graphics and OPENOFFICE to create the fields. I also manged a way to include photos. If there was an elegant way to present data then it would be great. For example a WYSIWYG type of editor where you drop and move fields around to where you want them to be displayed

Workaround for loops to add records to a database
I am working on a database for a pet-sitting service. Clients make bookings for pets to be visited and walked and these bookings can range from one day upwards. I have a form to enter all the booking information and I am trying to write a script to add each visit (up to three a day for a varying number of days) to another form in the database called Visits. I am new to zoho. I am trying to build a database to keep records on a task list that needs to be duplicated for each client we have. As soon as we accomplish another task for a client, how do I update the records? Right now, it is making a new record for the client. I want it to write over the old record.

creating view with dropdown field when form doesn't have a dropdown field
I'm sure there's a quick easy answer to this question, but I've searched and cannot find it. My main form in my database is a company information form. I set up the field Company_Name as a dropdown field and when I created my view, I was able to scroll down, pick the company and view/edit it's details. This was perfect.
