Is there a way to Customize the "home" page for modules?
I'm trying to be able to click on the accounts tab and when it shows me the list of accounts, I'd like to see the city and state to the right of the accounts along with the phone number. Is it possible to be able to do this? If so, how?

Hello, I just began using your CRM, and would like to know if there is a way to display the last date I contacted a lead? In the business I am in this is important to make sure I am following up on a routine basis with my leads and just for time purposes do not want to open each lead to see when I last left a note. Importing and exporting notes
I am migrating from a Zoho CRM (free version) to another Zoho CRM (paid version) and so far everything went well, I exported my contacts, leads, and the old CRM potential, and imported them to the new CRM. The problem occurs with the notes. The csv file generated in the export is created with flaws (as you can see in the image attached) so that the information is not correlated properly, the effect of import occurs with failures, some contacts are notes and not others. Invoices - trying to add business address
I am trying to send an invoice to my customers, however I cannot find a way to ad my business address to the invoice for them to mail payment. How can I add this? Preventing user/profiles from exporting data from Zoho CRM
When adding new users onto CRM, is there a way of preventing them from exporting data (specifically accounts, contacts, leads and potentials)? We've taken on a new sales resource on a trial period and don't want them to be able to walk away with our data!! Any advice would be grateful. Nik (Super Admin)
Ipad App CRM
On the iPad app - are there plans to be able to view the dashboard? For our managers this would be the best way to have an update on what is going on in the company at any given moment. Also - if you do that - would you have ability to view two companies? We have sister companies and they both use Zoho CRM. For managers that are above both it would be nice to have them be able to log into one account and see both. Thank you!

Word Wrap in Notes Section
While using the notes section, I press enter to add extra lines in my notes. Starting today, the notes just wrap around. This doesn't allow the extra lines I need. Is this a permanent change or is it temporary?

feature request - separate first and last name in list view CRM
It would be really helpful to separate first and last name into separate columns in the list view of Zoho CRM. That way we can chose to sort alphabetically by first name OR last name without having to change the name defaults in our personal settings each time.
Sort order in Potentials incorrect
I deleted all of the stages in Potentials Stages and replaced them with new values. I was careful to enter each stage according to where it ranks (i.e., 1, 2, 3, 4...). When I sort by Ascending, the sort order is incorrect. It worked when I sorted by Descending but now it is frozen. I just started using Zoho today!

I´m totally unable to import a CSV file into Zoho CRM
The file is correctly read by Excel when it´s imported to Zoho CRM it´s always giving errors or reading the file in a wrong way. I´ve try all types of combinations. Thanks in advance
TASKS
When adding notes in the task screen, it used to also place them in the actual customer's notes too. It's not anymore and caused me duplicate our contact with customers :(. I don't think I should have to look in two different places for notes.

Allow Automatic Emails to be Sent When Potentials are Uploaded
We automatically upload quotes with a value of >=$5000 to the Potentials module to make it easier for our sales team and improve the quality of information. What I REALLY, REALLY want to do is send an automatic email to the Potential Owner and the Potential Owners Manager when these are uploaded to alert them that they have been added. It works when someone adds them individually. I have since learned that the automatic send does not work when Potentials are uploaded, only when they are added individually.

When importing or creating a lead, is there a way for the company name to automatically become an account and pull information like addresses, phone numbers, etc?
CRM version
Hi, my compagny had a business account with 7 users. One of my user was able to connect himself on the system on December 16th. The same person tried to connect today and the system told him that his account was disabled. When I connect myself on the system, I found that we came back to the basic version. What happened ?? We really need to come back to the business account because we produce all the invoice on the CRM. Please help me Thank you

Leads / Notes are not saving
Has there been an update to the notes section within each individual lead? I am trying to make some comments but when I try to save these, the throbber in the browser tab just swirls for a long time. Mail Integration Nightmare
I recently tried the Zoho Mail Add-On to monitor my emails for account related messages. At the same time I added the Outlook Plugin to help sync contacts and calendar items to Zoho. I setup the Outlook plugin to create new leads from unknown contacts by choosing the Leads drop-down in the email section of the plug-in. The Plugin seems to have ignored that setting and created new Contacts and Accounts for all those unknown contacts which synced to Zoho books and Zoho Campaigns, making it an absolute
ZohoCRM 256mb space per user
Hello, Just starting with Pro version of ZohoCRM and wondering how best to attach documents to contacts without eating up the 256mb quickly and therefore having to increase cost with added storage. Any tips on this? I noticed under attachments in contact a link for zohodocs and google drive so thought maybe it just "links" to the file there and would not eat up more crm storage but it looks like attaches so it does take more space. I haven't setup email yet but assuming same issue with email attachments?
Fetch Sales Order with Product Categories
When I getRecordById for a SalesOrder, I get all associated Products, but the Products do not have Categories on them. https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/SalesOrders/getRecordById?authtoken=...&scope=crmapi&id=... Am I forced to make a second request for each Product (or for all Products in our system), or is there a way to include this information using getRecordById or another method that will get me a single Sales Order, with all Products and their Categories? Using Zoho to track rep activity
I am using Zoho to track a small group of outside reps (15-20). I would like to know how to construct a feature to track how many customers and leads my reps visit on a daily basis.
