Google Calendar - times are off, not all events
I am trying to sync my Zoho Calendar and my Google Calendar through the Google Apps plugin. Some of the events on my Google calendar have shown up on my Zoho calendar, but not all of them. Of the few that have shown up, they are 12 hours off - am events are showing up in the pm and pm events in the am. How do I fix this?
Any way to automate email removal from mass emails?

Problems with Outlook add-on installation
Hi, I'd like to evaluate Outlook addin with Zoho. I'm runing W7 pro 64 bits with Outlook 2010 64 bits. I've downloaded the 64 bits addin, closed Outolook, installed the complement and open outlook again. (i've tried a couple of times) The installation has been ok aparently, but, the add in is not active in Outlook. I go to file->Options->Complements and the "Zoho CRM Outlook Plugin" is present but, is inactive. When I try to activate it I find an error note which says: (Translated from Spanish):

Customizing Potentials
We are going to start using the Potentials area of ZohoCRM to capture information. One of the default/mandatory fields is "Potential Name". Instead of having this as a free-form field I would like to change this field to be a picklist with preset values. Is there any way this can be done? Ideally we want to run reports based on certain types of product we are selling. I realize I can create a customized field to capture this information but would like to use the existing field if possible.

I have added the outlook plug in to my outlook file for CRM I can higlight an email and click to add it to the Lead record in Zoho but I want all emails that come in or go out to be logged in the coresponding Lead in the CRM.. Meaning, let's say I have a CRM that is part of "ABC" company and I also have an account with "FFF" company. I just want to make sure that only the users in "ABC" company can use my application.
