Error in field tab order causing user revolt!
The generated tab order of the fields for contact address do not tab properly. When filling out the fields, tabbing skips from Street to State to Country. I have attached images showing the tab skip pattern (it skips City and ZIP). I have also attached an image from the Page Layout area. I have tried toggling this between Left-Right and Top-Bottom (and saving in between steps) but it does not result in the correct tab order. This issue is making internal clients VERY RESISTANT to adopting this platform
Problem Sending an Email Template (Quote)
When sending a quote, I always send the customer a copy in pdf. The thing is, in the sales order and quote page we have the "send email" button, that automatically creates and attaches a pdf of the document...so, since some of our customers doesn't have Acrobat Reader in their computers we decided to customize the quote information in the email through an email template.. Hello, I'm becoming a big fan of Zoho's awesome integration and have been spreading good words throughout the tech blogs. Anyways, I've tried setting up a client on Zoho CRM about a year ago and it wasn't successful. The learning curve was difficult for client and we moved onto a simpler solution such as Highrise and Batchbook. I've gone that route myself, and have recommended others do the same. Improved Email Marketing Capacity
Hi there We are a partner, and are really liking using Zoho CRM However, we are not comfortable with the Email Marketing provision, it is not enough for some of our clients, so we cannot move them onto the system. We can't figure out how to create a separate record for a product (asset) when attached to an account. Example: We sell 5 versions of a product. We want to track which version of software a customer has, and which one we've shipped to them. We've added a "Version Shipped" field to the Product page. Customer A has version 3, and we've shipped them version 5. I add the product to the customer record, and under the custom "Version Shipped" field on that product, note that we've shipped them version

Outlook plugin not transferring account addresses
Has anyone had issues with the Outlook plugin not transferring account addresses and phone numbers to CRM? I just entered a bunch of contacts and accounts into Outlook and ran synch, but that information isn't showing up in Zoho. It's quite frustrating because it's much easier to do the data entry in Outlook but it's still a chore. And now it looks like I'll have to do it again. I'm using Outlook 2007 SP2 on Windows XP SP3. Browser is Firefox 3.5.5. Any thoughts? Mark Berns

Problem importing leads
I can't import any leads. It keeps telling me that some of the required fields are blank. I started by exporting my leads so I'd have the right template and know which data to use. How can I tell which fields are causing the error? Thanks!
Note Ownership Change in CRM
Changing note ownership is raising it's ugly head again. There is a set of built in rules in Zoho CRM that will change the owner of a note when the master entity (lead,contact,account) changes to the new owner. What I want to know is if someone from Zoho give me the business case of why the owner of a note in the system would change for ANY reason. A note is a record of a past event. It should NEVER change.
Redent updates to Potentials have "Vanished"
This morning during our weekly conference call several of our company's users reported and demonstrated that changes they made to potentials records had been deleted and older versions of the records had be reinstated. Also, other records in Potentials that did not fit the criteria for specific Views were suddenly showing up in that view. In other words, the filtering criteria were being ignored by Zoho. Is this somehow related to any development testing Zoho has been doing for the October ... err....
zoho email send timeout using google SMTP server (from within zoho crm)
i have been getting timeouts 80% of the time sending email from zoho crm for the last 2 weeks, and it is unusable. my domain email is being handled by gmail, then Zoho Email uses POP to pull it from Gmail (extra $5 to Zoho a month). My SMTP and POP servers are smtp.gmail.com:465, and pop.gmail.com:995, respectively. per Zoho support, i am using the above configuration so my outbound emails are addressed as "username@mydomain.com", instead of "username@zoho.com". i am physically located in brazil
Zoho CRM gets Hung up when I click on "Leads"
When I click on leads, the frame repeats itself in the main section and gets hung up - see attached picture. I have rebooted, tried different browsers, but nothing works. But no one else in my company is having the problem apparently. Suggestions?

Import and Overwrite existing Data only 75 out of 580 records updated
I have been trying to use the import/overwrite to add data to my existing potentials/opportunities module and all my data is clean and exact and when I import it only updates 75 records when it should update ALL records. I do not get any errors or anything and all compulsory fields are in my import file and data in the fields. The is no logical reason why only 75 records are updated and not all records, can ZOHO support please help, thanks.

Adding users with the free version
I'm trying to add my 2 other users to my free version of Zoho CRM. I don't want them to be Administrators, but the "Add User" form doesn't make the Profile field editable. I read somewhere in the FAQs that the free accounts included two profile types: Admins and Managers. Is there a way I can make my new users Managers? Thanks! Can not produce invoice pdf's
Since this morning, (Monday), printing the pdf of an invoice produces a document with most of the information missing, and with big white spaces instead. No changes have been made to the template or any other system settings. Have you made some changes to the system over the weekend? If so, the changes have crippled Zoho for us. Downloadable Contact File Template not uploading properly

Problem with Quote on CRM
Just finished integrating our data from salesforce to zoho. Everything went well. One problem we are having is generating a quote. When i check on product name, a separate window pops up, displaying the products that i have put in, i click on the product name and nothing happens. Can anybody direct me on what i am doing wrong.

Printing lead sheets one page at a time
In the LEADS tab I have a custom criteria view that reduces my database to 15 records which I select ALL and print but I NEED them printed "one per page" - right now it prints them all or it exports to csv but again all records in one view. Deleting contacts or other records en masse
I'm messing about with CRM and imported 1000's of test records. I'd like to delete them all to do another import as part of working out how useful the product is. But mass delete appears to be restricted to 100 records! Is this the case? It would take me ages to delete my entire record set.
Reporting Completed Tasks
I am so confused. I can't seem to make a report for my boss of all completed tasks. Basically, I need a report that will show completed tasks during a certain week. So, the due date doesn't help me. Sometimes it's overdue by a week and sometimes it has already been done before the due date. I need a report that actually says, this phone call was completed during this particular week.
