Hello Folks, We all love Instagram. It makes sharing your best moments with friends and family so simple. All you need to do is upload your photo, add tags and share. Whenever you want to look back at the pictures, of say this year's Christmas, all you need to do is type "#Christmas" in search. All the photos with the tag 'Christmas' are gathered for you in a single click. Not just your photos, but many photos that were shared even by others with the tag "Christmas". So much for the power of tagging!

Workflows Not Functioning
Hey community, Within the last few days we have noticed that many of our previously functioning workflows are not functioning. This is happening in both custom and non-custom modules, and is not happening with all of our workflows. The workflows not functioning seem to be isolated to the Create and Create/Edit options in 'When'. The conditions and actions do not seem to be a culprit in the non-functionality. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any troubleshooting ideas? Thanks!

zoho CRM calendar events in cases disappeared
Hi all, we were creating events in a calendar under activities in cases. all of those events have been disappearing in the last few weeks. does anyone reliably use the zoho calendar? if so, which app/subapp are you using? we have a small team trying to share calendars and are far from convinced this is reliable.

I have put off sharing this to give Zoho time to solve the problem. Before christmas my team reminded me that we struggled with the integration between crm and invoices as we use both accounts (sometimes) and contacts. We work b2b and b2c. How to Use Multiple Account Locations
Some of our clients are large national firms with contacts in multiple different offices and we need to be able to look at both the entire national account and the staff located within each location. Though I know there is a "SITE" option at the ACCOUNT level this doesn't appear to have any linkages with the CONTACTS. Am I missing something about how to use this field or does this mean that we will need to set up a Parent Company as the national firm and then add Member Companies for each location?
Duplicating System Fields

Remove all products on a new invoice
We are a services company and when we send out invoices they are usually for 1/3 or 1/4 the balance of a sale, so the default behavior of converting a sales order to an invoice adds line items that are irrelevant to the way we work. Archive Contacts without losing Notes
Have Notes associated with both Contacts and Accounts, as people move on and the contact gets deleted any notes associated also disappear. Is there anyway to archive these so the notes stay available but the contact is no longer shown up. Did find the below however given this is a needed feature seeing if this had been fixed. Creating a User LookUp List for use in multiple modules
We are implementing the Enterprise Plus addition of ZOHO CRM and Books. Within the CRM we frequently assign staff members to multiple roles within the Contact, Account, Potentials, Quotes and SalesOrder modules. I realize I could create and manually update separate Pick Lists within each module, but this seems highly inefficient is there another way?
Social Tab changes owner of Lead/Contact and overwrites other fields
Hi We have recently noticed that when we already have a Lead with all of its info inside Zoho CRM and that lead communicates with us through Facebook and we Associate its Facebook Profile with its Lead ID in Zoho a couple Fields get overwritten: For example: Lead OWNER gets changed to the User making the Association Lead SOURCE gets changed to Facebook, even though there was Another Lead Source previously selected. There is NO WAY to deselect/remove these fields prior Associating within Social Tab.
PhoneBridge Asterisk module not receiving ZUID
We are integrating Zoho Phonebridge with CRM on an Asterisk 1.8 (FreePBX) server. The module is loaded but when the nohup command is executed, there is a java error stating that the ZUID is not found as well as an HTTP error 400. Here the output file. Lead Assignment Rules - Zoho Webforms
Does anyone know is it possible to utilise the lead assignment rules with Zoho forms? We currently have 3 categories for lead assignment based on industry, 2 of the groups are assigned to individual users and the 3rd group is to be round robin out to other users. I have tried the Lead Assignment app in Zoho marketplace but that just round robins the leads to every user in the CRM, which is completely useless if you have non-sales users. There doesn't seem to be any way to create a group of users
How do we close a lead?
I have received some leads that were irrelevant nad marked them as junk leads to prevent further digging into them bu they still show up in list of open leads. How do we terminate leads? Unique Serial Numbers Under One Product Code
Hi, I am having an issue with applying serial numbers to product codes. I am not able to assign a serial number to a machine product code, without needing to create a whole new product code. I was wondering if there was a way to add a field so that we can assign multiple Serial Numbers under one Product Code. As a professional services firm we need to capture any relationship that a "new hire"/staff member has with our existing Contacts/Accounts. To be useful I need these users to specify the extent of this relationship (via a custom field I have created) and record the date that they made this entry.
