Remove an Invoice Line Item via API
Hi, I am wondering if anyone knows how you can remove an invoice line item via the API? When I update the Line Items via the API it does not remove any that I don't specify. I am trying to do a mass update of Invoices where 1 line item product is replaced by a different product but all I seem to be able to do is add to the line items. The original line item is not removed when it is not specified in the new list of Product Details. Thanks, Michael

Filter by email status
I get results when I filter by email status only for individually sent emails but not for mass emails. I haven't been able to find anything that specifies if this is how email filtering works, only for individual emails not mass emails. So I'm wondering is that how the filtering works or is there an issue with the email status filter?

Importing csv - data Custom Module data has a lookup field to Contact
Custom module has a lookup field (Firstname + Lastname) from Contact. I have multiple Contacts with the same (Firstname + Lastname) but they are not duplicate records. When I import Custom Module data, it links the lookup field to just one contact. This is understandable because Contacts require (Firstname + Lastname) to be unique. How can I get to link the lookup field in Custom Module to the correct Contact in this situation without fiddling with the names to make them unique?
Merging Labels using Zoho Writer
I'm trying to print Shipping Labels - there are 4 labels to a Letter-sized sheet (2 across, 2 high). The Avery # is 6878. I have setup a 2x2 Table in Zoho Writer and added the merge fields to each of the 4 cells in the Table. But when I merge it to several Contacts, the 1st page is 4 labels to the 1st Contact, the 2nd page is 4 labels to the 2nd Contact, and so on. Is there any way to force Zoho to merge once per Contact ? Or should I be doing this a very different way? I should be getting the 1st

Attach PDF to Potential. Data Limit?

How to detect when a lead is on my site?
Hi Guys, New here so be kind... :) We are using Zoho CRM. We currently have lots of leads / potentials within Zoho CRM. I would like to be able to determine when an existing lead is visiting my site , and improve the lead score. The visit may have initiated visit from an email campaign. Hi, I am looking for the formula it would take to perform this action: I would like to create a formula field, within the Accounts module, that returns Boolean True or False, based on the Status within the Deals module. Adding product count number on Quote templates (via Customization > Templates)
I want to add a number (via template customization) in front of each product I list on a Quote (like a numbered list). They should be in ascending order like so: product 1 description of product 1 ... price of product 1 ... product 2 description of product 2 ... price of product 2 ... New Team Members Unable to view Shared Account Data

I have been playing around with the new template design function online and have noticed a few flaws. I created a table with 6 columns and the top row has the names of the columns. I added spaces to help size the widths of the columns. I noticed if I email the template from my computer the columns widths do not save. HOWEVER If I email the template from within my iPad app the columns widths are saved how I set them. Another thing I noticed is I can not save a table width by set pixels. It reverts

bug on invoice and quotes
For the last couple of days invoices and quotes does not appear to always be updating amounts correctly so that the totals are incorrect. We sometimes need to close and open the form several times before it sorts it self out. IDEAS

On the control panel online when I click on Accounts to see the list how do I send emails to them? I see no link to send emails. I do however see a link on my iPad but would prefer to send the email from the website control panel.
Best Practices: Optimal File Storage Method?
Would like to hear from Zoho CRM users.... Does anyone have a really good method or uses an add-on to manage files for Accounts. The issue i'm finding is that is cumbersome to upload and download files. We get a lot of attachments through emails and we would like to drag and drop the attachments into the account or accounts folder straight from Outlook. API getRecords and Layouts
If a field "Sample Field" is added to a specific Layout "New Layout" and is not added to the "Standard" layout, the getRecords method does not return any data related to the "Sample Field". There is simply no element in the XML tree for "Sample Field" The workaround is to add the field to the "Standard" layout.
How to auto populate field Pick List menu
Hello, I imported records into existing field types and the "Lead Source" field is a Pick List field type. There are about 20 different phrases, ie, lead sources in that field in the database I imported. Is there a way to have Zoho auto populate the menu list with the unique values of the 20 lead sources. Intermittent Bug - CRM Emails Not Merging Fields
For the past 72 hours we've had the odd email (using Email Templates) sent out of Zoho CRM being delivered with all merge fields blank. Why is every activity HIGH priority?
Hi there. It seems that Zoho CRM is set to default every activity as HIGH priority. Can we change this to default to NORMAL? If every activity is 'high' priority, then really no activity is 'high' priority (if you know what I mean?). It is very imperative that a custom module should provide the same features as Leads or Contacts. The reason a company might need a custom module, is because they have unique clients/customers. I want to create a quote form where I can list about 10 items. I want to have item number, order qty, Pkg Qty, Total Qty, Description, Package Price, Price Per Unit, Total Price.
