The documentation says to go to Setup > Developer Space > CRM API. But I don't see that under setup... I am the admin on the account so I should right? Work around for 30 minute increment limitation in task remiders
Why are we not able to set reminders in increments other than half hour? If I need to return a call at 10:45 what are my options? Isn't this a major flaw in the software? I am hoping that I am just missing how to do it correctly. Any help? Thanks!
CRM PLUS Causing big problem
So We decided to upgrade to crm plus which we think it was great to follow up everything across the business but now out technicians can't access zoho support , like they don't even exist anymore , does this mean i need to pay extra $60 per technicians just for them to use zoho support ? No way We are paying $60 per tech.
Timezones for lastModifiedTime field in getRecords API
Hi, Was wondering if anyone knew the timezones requirement for the lastModifiedTime field for the getRecord API call. I'm attempting to grab all records created/modified the past hour by passing in a time in now - 1 hour in UTC but the results aren't as expected. Is there a specified timezone that Zoho works in? Or is this account specific?
"Time based action" workaround
I want to create a Workflow Rule that emails a user when a potential's closing date has passed, asking them to update the potential (or close it if they forgot). Unfortunately time-based actions are only available in Enterprise edition. Anyone know of a workaround for this, for users of other editions? We're on the Professional edition and it doesn't make sense for us to ~double our rate for this one feature. Thanks.
Want to autofill a field on creation
I use web to lead forms and I'm trying to autofill a field which we dont actually capture on the original form. From my lead form we map Lead name. I want to autofill the Greeting field with the Lead name as well. Is this possible? I've created a workflow which is attached. I was hoping I could just put in a merge tag and it would work. Your help is much appreciated.

RingCentral Zoho integration problem with Softphone
Anyone get RingCentral Zoho integration to work with the Soft Phone Desktop for Mac? When I click on the call button in Zoho it rings my hard polycom desk phone, which is great when I'm in the office. When I'm home I try to use the softphone for the same integration, but I can't get the soft phone to ring. I turned off the desk phone entirely on the back end, and just have the softphone on. I still can't get Zoho to ring the softphone via the integration. Anyone get this to work?

Sales Process Simplification.
Hi All, We as a business are new to Zoho CRM Plus. Our sales process is a very simplistic one, whereby our opportunities are won / lost on the first interaction with the Potential. As a result we do not want to go through the Leads > Contacts / Accounts > Opportunities process. Rather we would like to simply capture the opportunity data in a "Sales" Module, and upon updating a status have this data passed to another module that we use to manage the ongoing day to day interaction with the client.

Workflow Automation Lead Owner
It may not be an option, but I wanted to ask just in case I am missing it. When configuring a new field update, is there a way to have the person who modified the profile (with a certain status change), to be the new owner of the lead? I know you can set it up for a specific person, but allowing a change to the person who modified it would be great.
View shift
Recently my view starts shifting beyond my monitors and creates a bar to move the screen back and forth. Sometimes it starts out ok and when I open a client, it looks fine for a second and then everything under each category shifts to the right (but not the category name, it's like a huge indent being put in. I have tried on chrome and explorer and have deleted cookies, etc. I am not changing any settings, it just starts doing it.

Prospect/Contact data not populating to a new Opportunity when converting

Problem when searching words with written accent
Hi, I am from Spain, and here we use written accents. This makes some problems like when you want to find a lead using the search box in the CRM and his name has written accent. For example, my lead name is "Ricardo Gascón". Sometimes, as we are in a hurry we write it incorretly and just save it like Ricardo Gascon, without the written accent. Then if we search for "Ricardo Gascón" we find no results as the search doesnt recognize it with the written accent. Here we are used to have search engines

Time-triggered Workflow with more than 99 days before
Hi, I'm new to zoho, for now we use Salesforce, but we would like to change. My biggest problem now is the time-triggered workflow minus 99 days maximum. In my industrie (mortgage broker) we need to start contacting our client/leads 6 months before the renewal date. Product grouping in Quotes
We are systems solution company and our solutions usually comprise of different systems in one quote. The way Zoho quote module displays the products is simple one liners. Customers will not appreciate ungrouped line items and will get confuse. I want to have product section to allow grouping as in attached picture. Is this possible or not?

Zoho CRM Campaign, Closed Activities not logging correctly.
I've set up a campaign within ZOHO CRM. When I close an activity (call, events, tasks), the activity will not log in the ZOHO CRM Campaign view if I add a Contact/Lead to it. It only logs in the Contact/Leads page. The only way I can get Closed Calls/Events/Tasks to show up in the Zoho CRM Campaign view is if I don't add a lead or contact to the activity. This is obviously not a great fix, because then I either have activities attached to leads/contacts or to the Zoho CRM campaign, not to both.

Autoresponder not working
I have set up 3 autoresponders to work with (below). The first one is working and the other two are designed to send out further emails after 4 and 10 days respectively. To do this, I set up lead views for 4 days ago and ten days ago and used these to create the autoresponder. I would like to put this all into one autoresponder but when I had it set up like that it didn't work for the last two emails either.
