ZoHo Estimates
Out of no where in Zoho my newly created estimates are automatically being marked as Sent. I am creating a new opportunity and opening up the newly generated estimate to edit and finding that the estimate is already marked as 'Sent'. This is a problem as we invoice internally of all 'Accepted' estimates. Also, once something is marked as 'Accepted' in ZoHo Books we can not change the status backwards to either Draft or Sent. Has anyone else experienced this, can someone let me know how to get

Advanced geographic mapping of accounts and leads
The mobile Zoho CRM app can only show contacts and leads within a user defined distance from the actual user location. Is there a 3rd party solution that allows advance geographic mapping i.e. take the accounts and leads from Zoho CRM to create a geographic map (ideally on desktop/web browser) showing all accounts and leads with a user defined distance from a postcode or town/city?

Ensuring that new lead "companies" are always also registered "accounts"
Hello Zoho users & team, I'm a Zoho newbie, trying to set up the system for my B2B startup. I've successfully created my first client account / company and my first lead within that company - however, the two do not seem to be automatically linked. How do I customise zoho to ensure that a new lead must always be associated with an existing account (i.e. that a sales rep should input account info before an associated lead for that account company can be created)? Adding Contact To Account not working?
Hi, When I try to add a contact to an account, by going to half way down the Account page -> Contacts -> New it will create the contact but not associate it with the account. The account still shows no contacts but the contact appears under Contacts tab. However, on the Accounts Page -> Contacts, A red arrow appears for a few seconds, then fades out... Any Ideas? Cheers
Create Contact for Account Not WORKING?
Hi, When I go to an Account page, halfway down there is contacts, but it will not let me create a contact for the account. If you click "New Contact" from the Accounts page, it will create the contact if you look for it under the Cont5acts Tab, but the Account still shows no contact. Immediately after you create the new contact, it redirects back to the account page, and a red arrow appears for a few seconds next to the Contact Section. Any idea what that means and how to fix it? Problems with task views
Hi, Recently I started using Zoho. I have imported leads and made tasks. In order to see my activities I click on the activity menu and select a predefined view, such as mijn current tasks. The problem is that there is a column 'related to' with my contact person name in it. However, when I hover over the name a pop up appears showing a different name and contact details. Last week I added 3 new email templates to my final follow up. When I'm in a lead's account and try to send the emails, they are nowhere to be found. Problem with Events and Invitations
We have the CRM calendar sync with Google in a 2 way sync. This is so we can access this calendar from iCal - including adding entries and attendees. When we try to send out an invite, the list gets duplicated many times - presumably because of the sync with Google. I'll end up with 30 invitees for a meeting that should only have three. Additionally, I have no idea what gets sent as an invite - I never receive invites to myself and the others do not seem to get there. Can anyone help me with this
Google Adwords Conversion Corruption
Hi there, I'd so much appreciate some help with this. It's driving me crazy. I'm using a web to lead form on my site, linking into Zoho CRM. I advertise on Google Adwords - search and display. When a ppc, paid click visitor lands on my page and converts from the display network, the conversion is showing as a referral from as.zoho.com. This is affecting my adwords management, as it's not reporting back to adwords which ads or placements are working. Please can someone help! Zakaria

CRM API for Google Drive
Is there an API function that lets me link a document in Google Drive to a Zoho record rather than uploading a copy of the document using the CRM API uploadFile() method? We already use https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/google-apps/attach-from-google-docs.html but want to call this functionality from the API.

Custom Function - Create Record in custom module with a Contact Look Up field

Ring Central soft phone not working
I have installed the zoho Phone Bridge for Ring Central. The problem is that it will only ring to a hard phone. I cannot get ring central to ring to my soft phone. How do I get this fixed? I have completely removed the hard phone from the equation logged out and logged completely back in to Ring Central and nothing changes.
Emails not being received?
Hopefully this hasn't been done to death before.......... I have heard from various clients that they aren't receiving the emails I send from Zoho - not great as it's a sales system! Contacts not showing up in google maps
I am evaluation Zoho crm. I have about 60 contacts saved, but on my mobile app, only 17 show up in google maps, and sometimes only 2 I've got all pertinent info saved, address including zip. what can I be doing wrong?
