Does anyone sync ZOHO crm with MYOB Account Right Live?
I am looking to specifically sync invoices from ZOHO to MYOB and recognise payments received in MYOB synced to ZOHO. Evidently OneSaas cannot do this. Thanks, Peter.

Did Zoho make a change to your email server?
I have setup email alerts in Zoho that send a formatted letter to my exchange server. I have code written to process the emails on my client which started failing this week. My automation setup is very simple the email template appear as lable:value lable:value but since earlier this week I am receiving the emails as lable:valuelable:value Looking at the emails it appears the line end [carriage return] is gone even though the template is unchanged. Hi I am trying to export a report either to excel or csv which I have done several times but for some reason on this occasion it wont let me. Unable to custoize the Quotation and Invoice screen?
Dear, My Zoho User ID is 39236873 I have following issues with the enterprise version: 1. in Invoice, we get a 16 digit invoice on (which is not custmizable) 2. in Quote, the table containing Product Name, Qty, Rate and Total is distorted. Hw do I manage? Please advise as due to unable to use it to full extent, we didnot make payment for enterprise version and because of which now Quotes, Invoice etc important tabs have disappeared now. Please advise. Hello! I'm trying to set up Zoho CRM to suit our needs. There basically are 1. The owner of an opportunity should be able to see (and ideally edit) the contact info. 2. Custom Fields and Leads to Account Conversion - VERY FRUSTRATING
Hi I have found that the Address fields in Zoho CRM to be very inadequate. There is only one STREET line in each segment... Billing, Shipping etc. So I added Billing Street 2 & 3, Shipping Street 2 & 3 etc so I can have my addresses entered properly. I found I had to do this for LEADS & ACCOUNTS individually. I'm a new ZOHO user and have a basic question. I have many contacts that are related to each other. Let's call two of these contacts Suzie and Joe. Suzie is Joe's boss. Get Account and Related Custom module data
I have done a lot of research on this, and apologize if this is a redundant question. But I want to be sure that what I have found is true... We have custom modules tied to Accounts, so for example we have a custom module called Employees.. I would like to open an Account by ID and get all related Employees.. From what I have been reading I cannot use the getRelatedRecords for this because Employees is a custom module. I also cannot use the ACCOUNTID that is automatically created on the employee
Email Archive customize rules
Hello, while doing the email linking, I noticed I largely exceeded the email limit when I put the Gmail emails imported. i wouldnt mind deleated the archives from Zoho (they would need to stay on GMAIL as well) but I do would like to keep the emails that I had with my clients in zoho, to keep track. is that possible in anyway to delete everything except the email exchanges with registered clients ?

Hi All, I've created a custom Zoho App for use in CRM. I've built the form and added this as a related list in the Leads module. However when adding a new record in this list, I need to manually specify the field property that relates the list between the Leads and my custom app. Is there a way for this to automatically happen so that my users don't need to copy/paste the lead ID? Hi, can you explain how the Forecast is supposed to work? What do the different categories (best case, committed, pipeline) mean? Uploaded companies contacts, but left out some information

Adding additional information after account import
Is there anyway to add additional customer information by uploading a second time after you have done the initial import. (ie) I left out a field say the zip code by accident, can I pull all the same information and upload it again, but this time include the zip code and maybe the country, or something else.
