Sorting Contacts by Description Field

Data Sharing in Free Subscription
Currently all my contacts are imported under a single ownership. If I want to make my contacts and accounts data visible to all people under my companies subscription, how can i do that?
Show all contacts attachments on the account level
Just wanted to ask, wouldn't it be nice if we could see all file attachments for all contacts associated with an Account on the Account page? Right now if a user attaches a document to a contact it is only available on the contact page, If an account has 5+ contacts it can be frustrating to try and locate where the file was attached. I think it would be nice to be able to just go the the Account level and see all files attached to all the Account's Contacts. Thomas
cannot add new contact
Hi today when we add a new "company" and after we define a new "Contact" the system doesn't activate the form of the contact but remain in the status "loading" ... I attach a screen shoot. Pls can you help me ?
Creating a new contact "Loading"
I am not able to create new contacts. Once I click +Contact or + New Contact , "Loading" message appears at the top and nothing happens. I am using Safari and Chrome . Any ideas? I am currently using a free version of Zoho CRM . I have around 1500 contacts, is there a limit with the free version? Many thanks! Kristiina
Adding Leads - Trouble? I have around 1700 leads, yesterday I tried adding more...
Hello, Yesterday I went into my free Zoho account to add additional leads around 1,700 and when I clicked on the link to add leads the screen went blank and it just showed "loading" but the menu screen never came up? Using Firefox Today I tried, the same thing happened, so I tried Google Chrome and still the same problem. Is there any technical issues going on? I have read that under the "free" account you can have up to 5,000 leads. Please help, Al
How do I "organize contact details" for ALL my contacts
I have read various topics and I know how to do this with the "gear" for a given contact but i want to do it for all of them at once as there are fields we simply do not need and that I want hidden such as "Attachments" or "Invited Events". I do not see this to be available for ALL records at once. Thanks

"Mass Email" from Leads reached recipients' SPAM folder
I'm new to zoho CRM. I specifically upgraded zoho CRM to access the mass email function. Unfortunately, when I saw zero replies, I asked one of my recipients to check their inbox. They reported the email went into the SPAM folder. Please advise on what I can do as obviously this is really important. How can I automatically fill a field with the Zoho ID? So let's say I have an Account record with id: 1820378000000199229 This value needs to be automatically put in a custom created field 'Account Number' on creation. How can I achieve this?

Hi, Every time I call a lead and they tell me to call back a certain day at a certain hour, I want to be able to set up a reminded that will pop up or something and the exact time telling me to call back that specific lead. Email Template Folders Visibility
Our company has been using Zoho CRM for approximately 9 years. In that time, we've accumulated a lot of Email Template Folders. In order to delete these folders, it's necessary to remove ALL templates and then delete the folder, which is very time consuming and may result in deleting templates that may be needed at a later date. Can multiple vendors provide the same product to a client?
We are a training company so our "product" is the service (for example a workshop) provided by our trainers. The trainers are subcontractors so essentially they are the "vendors" moreso than employees. One client may order a day of workshops that 3 or 4 vendors will provide. I want to be able to create a report where I can see all the vendors that provided workshops to a given client. Custom Fields Maximum Limit
Hi There, Recently CRM told me we'd reached our maximum limit of 20 integer fields in our account pages and wouldn't allow me to add any more. Since I have deleted numerous old integer fields that we do not need anymore but it is still saying we've reached our limit. In addition, when I try to edit an account or contact at the moment I am receiving the error message 'please select an active user'. why would this be? Could somebody offer any advice please? Hi. I have been reading through and find the FAQs and pricing sheets confusing as they mention emails and then say not available! Can you let me know in the FREE edition can i link my Google Apps account to it and sync mail to the Zoho contacts? Backup in free version
Hi We are currently using the free version of zoho crm (we are/will be using paid versions of zoho expenses and zoho people) The comparison page for the versions says that the free versions doesn't have back ups, where as standard has 2 per month. What does a backup mean in this sense? Does this mean that the data in the free version of zoho crm may be lost and be non-recoverable given that is not explicitly backed up, or does this mean something else? Thanks Jonny

Definitions
We are struggling with knowing when to assign a connection as a "Contact" a "Lead" or "Account". I have rad the definitions on your help menu. When I first make a connection at a tradeshow should I enter it as a Contact or a lead? Should contacts always be attached to a lead or account? Do they convert? Thanks!

crazy little symbols in template design
I am trying to edit my inventory template. The header section has squares at the boundaries like a section or object might. I can use these to resize that area. Inside that area, there are little circles with X's and arrows . What are these?????? And what do I do with them?? I have tried clicking on all parts of them. Can't seem to make sense of them. What do they do - besides annoy me :) ? I searched help and see no mention of anything other than field codes.

Automatically changing Field Name
When I'm on the layout page of the module Accounts. There is a field 'Bedrijf Nummer' (I've translated the CRM to Dutch). When I actually go to the page where I can add a new Account, the fieldname is changed to 'Bedrijf Aantal'. This is very (very!) confusing. Why is this?
