Sales order costomizing (over 32000 symbols)
Hi Everyone I have a question and I would really appreciate if somebody can help me with it. I am trying to costumize the sales order which is in our business a seven page document and the content is over 32000 symbols and the program does not let me save it. It is a couple of pictures and the content. Is any way around where I can create a sales order temple with over 32000 symbols . Thanks in advance. Regards Eugene
Campaign Lookup Field doesn't work in the convert to Lead screen
Problem: When converting a lead to a Contact/Account/Potential - The Campaign Source Lookup Field doesn't work...it is blank. Steps taken: 1) Create a lead and save. 2) Click Convert Lead 3) The next screen - allowing for Account/Opportunity choices etc...The last field "Campaign Source" is blank 4) The lookup on campaign source comes up blank - even though I have active campaigns created in the campaign tab. Removing commas from integer fields
How can I remove the commas from integer fields in a template? We need a number for our invoices but that number must not contain any commas. Is there a way to use this field in a template (i.e. PDF) without commas? We're using that field as: ${Invoices.No. Factura} which of course puts commas to separate thousands and that's something we don't want. Thanks!

Zoho->Google Contacts Sync How?
Ok, I understand that Google has one field for address and that Zoho has multiple (street, city, state, zip) fields for address infrmation. I also see that Zoho hasn't implimented some pseudo address mappping solution, that makes Zoho->Google mapping address information actually work. I also saw some a Zoho suggestion in a post elsewhere to just map the Zoho street to the Google address field. This suggestion is plainly unworkable and useless in a practicale business sense. How can I add fields to the product details on an invoice, order or quote?
I use Zoho since several years, but allways i find a problem that now is really importante to me to solve! On the product details area, I don't know how to add fields! CRM data deleted/missing/changed
In my courses tab in CRM, I have a section below called delegates. Using my delegate section today there are two pieces of information that have either changed or the information is now missing - there may well be more: - expiry (missing since I entered some last week) - organisation (now has a long hyperlink number inserted under many entries that starts ZOHO) This is really quite concerning- have you done an update recently that you are able to restore or are you abel to restore/fic the information
VAT Calculation always returns 0...
Hi, Depending on which product I add in my invoice, the VAT calculation returns 0. You can see the problem below : See ? The VAT is 0 or it should be 19,6€... Any help ?
How do i link to a contact?
I want to create a link in a document to a specific contact page in Zoho CRM. However if I am viewing the contact page in Zoho, and copy the URL into the document, if I then click the link it doesn't take me to the Zoho contact page, it just goes to the generic Zoho CRM page. What is going wrong?

I am a new user. Trying to learn a bit about Zoho. We have been using an extinct version of ACT! ... 6.0. I am trying to import 3 lists of clients: Active, Inactive and Prospects. In the "contacts" module I would like to create views for each heading and inport each accordingly. I am about to switch from SalesForce to Zoho CRM but have a question: "I just tried sending an email using Zoho but I don't see any way to track the receiver's behavior (whether he read it or not.. when, how many times, etc..)." Calculating Commission
We are restructuring our company to be more on the end of generating leads and subcontracting the jobs to another company. What would be the best way to do this? I want to be able to keep track of the lead source and be able to calculate how much commission we will get off signed jobs and keep track of which company we subcontracted the work to. Moving data across modules

Allowing openers and closers to view the same contact
In my organization, we have 1 room of openers and another room of closers. If an opener converts a lead to a contact, and assigns the contact to a closer, how does the opener monitor where the process is for that contact only? I don't want other openers or closers to see those records. Only the person who opened it and the person who is closing.
ZCRM Importing Contacts still Problematic
Hi, I though this issue was gone. It's fine to build new contacts live because it's more work to getting the import field accurate. The excel name field for the Mailsuite is entirely different that what's needed to import. The field mapping can be unnecessary if Zoho would have simply created a downloadable excel template containing the first row as the header row. Hello, We have been testing ZoHo CRM and I have set up a custom order for our tabs. Recently the tab order is changing based on the most recently used. Did I change a setting somewhere to make this happen. Anyone know how to get the tabs to lock in place again? Thanks

Can't manager our subscription. Nobody answers for a week!
Dear Zoho CRM Team, I'm stuck and don't understand what's happening. We have been writing you requests for a week, but nobody has answered yet. We sent messages to all related emails, three (!) times. We sent mail to escalation@zoho.com We requested SpeedLane call as paid customer. NOTHING happens. NOBODY writes, calls, comments. BUG workflow on activities wont' trigger
We just tried the new feature of workflows on the activities module, already discovered some bugs: We created a workflow to trigger after a task has been marked as “completed” and send a message to the original creator of the task. If the task is closed from the related items section of the contact, the workflow doesn’t trigger and no message arrives. If the task is EDITED, the workflow triggers, but not consistently. I have a large CRM with 10's of thousands of email addresses. I recently received a list from another one of my marketing tools and I want to cross reference it with my CRM leads. I have a list of 3,000 email addresses I need to find in my CRM. How can I search for ALL 3,000 leads at once? Having a problem with Autoresponder Feature in Enterprise Edition
So I set up my autoresponder sequence per the instructions given in the help area. I have tested and never received any followup emails. Is there some sort of tracking to see if these are going out. We only upgraded to Enterprise for these feature. If it's not going to work then we will not pay the extra. Maybe I've neglected to do something correctly but the instructions seemed pretty straightforward. Matt
